I had great help getting paint to match

Always clean and full of useful things, love to browse the isles looking for good deals.

Employees were very helpful at this store. One saw that I had my arms full and helped me get my products to the check out counter. At the self check out counter they had a new system in place with a hand scanner. The Cashier there walked me through the whole process and was a great help.

This store clean, well organized and always plenty of helpful staff.

Why did you change the self checkout area? It was bad enough before but now there is now counter space to set your items. I guess more and more stores want not only our money, but for us to do some labor as well. Good thing you pay at least one person to stand there chatting while customers check themselves out. Nevermind having the bags in a really low spot, and having to turn from cart to scanner, then reach down to the bagging area, while holding your scannner in one hand, and then take the bag and deposit it in the cart, because there is no other place to put it, since there is no counter top. Then repeat.. Yeah, convenient. Does Home Depot higher ups ever actually shop in a store?

She provides excellent service from the moment you greet her until the moment you finish your transaction. Very, very satisfied and pleased with the great customer service I received through the long process of ordering alot of new appliances for my new home I just purchased. I will be back again and again. I will definitely recommend this store to all of my family and friends.

This location is the best for a woman to purchase any items because the employees will spend time with you teaching how to use it, the best buy for the amount of money you spend, and always asked questions about what you need or want to do.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND

I have been using this location since I moved to Grand Prairie in 2001. Specifically the Lawn & Garden Department. One I have questions, I always consult with Seiko, who is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone who either needs help or has questions concerning Gardening. She is indeed a pleasure to work with. The Department is always clean and neat and the selection is great.

Rarely have I had any issues with shopping at this Home Depot, but the few times I have had issues they were resolved easy enough. This Store is Generaly clean and neat like most any Store they have had occasions that something needed addressed (Aisles clean up or even lack of product in shelf) but these issues had been addressed or taken care of in a timely fashion. No complaints this is a pretty good store.

Store sucks. no help on any of the aisles. Employees don't care.

My fiance and I decided to restore her grandmother's lawn for her upcoming 90th birthday. It used to be so beautiful, but had been neglected for over 10 years now. We did not have a clue where to start, and Seiko in gardening patiently and expertly gave us advice on where to start. She led us to find the right tools and products and off we went! We keep coming back to say hi and to thank Seiko for indirectly giving "Gram's" garden some much needed TLC.
