This home depot branch is great, always have everything I need and a friendly team.

angie and bekah take care of me to the best of their abilities. material shortages have been a big problem. we called the suppliers( had material in stock) promised a date of delivery, but still havent got the marerial to the store. third delay!!!

I had a fantastic experience here. Normally associates are really busy and it's hard to find people to help you. But here there was one individual in particular who walked me through all 3 of the projects that I had going on that day. He was very thorough and helped me understand everything I needed to buy and think about in all of my projects. He saved me a lot of time and I am very push it above him thank you Mykel!

Joanne went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was genuinely knowledgeable, helpful and caring.

The store was clean and organized. However some of the employees provided inaccurate information pertaining to appliance delivery timeframes.

The store has been working to make our experience positive as we are in frequently for our business.

I wanted to thank William in the paint department. He was very helpful. I needed help figuring what type of paint to use for a fence and how much. He answered my questions in a friendly and respectful way. I had specific questions and felt very uncertain. He helped answer those questions and gave me valuable advice.

the entire staff at this location is great! I received help with every question I had. When I was paying, Erma the cashier had an awesome attitude and was extremely helpfull!

purchased kitchen cabinets , had couple issues one was damaged and one was wrong size , dealt with KINSYN, made everything right delivered right units to me home, Thank you ,KINSYN

We love this store. It is "escape" when we need to get out of the house. I have always been treated courteously, professionally and with the current state of affairs we feel safe in the store.

Tim was helpful and the manager even prescanned the customers in the line so we could check out faster. They all had ppe on and were helpful.

The associate at the paint desk was very helpful. And Pro Services team was courteous and quick to retrieve my product and bring to my car for curbside pick-up.

I have been going there for years and always find knowledgeable people to help with my questions. However, I just had an amazing customer experience with Chris, one of the managers. I had a customer complaint and he went well beyond my expectations to make things right. This store has great people and great management.

It was comforting in this time of pandemic to shop here. I almost felt like normal was possible.

I utilize a thought process by thinking that the establishment is a book and I like to view the cover before the pages. In this case the cover is the parking lot and this parking lot is very organized, clean, trip hazards removed and signage is very well placed. I usually feel very comfortable after the "curb appeal" is met.

Asked for help loading a heavy item into my vehicle and never received assistance from anyone from the store, even after asking. Was told they would get someone. Waited more than 5 minutes without anyone ever coming out to help. Guess the employees were to busy trying to look busy or because it was cold outside they didn’t want to come outside.

I know this will start off silly, but I went to this Home Depot in the hopes of making a lightsaber out of PVC pipe. I was definitely struggling when David came along to save the day. He was very patient and understanding! David spent nearly an hour going across 3 different aisles to help me build my little project. Everyone in the store was super nice too! This was such a great experience, thank you again!

The employees there are nice

I will never return to this store again. They ruined much of my holiday, wasted so much of my time and still have not resolved anything after 6 weeks. I placed an order for an appliance in November and I've been lied to by multiple associates, Chris- the asst mgr, and Brandon, the store manager. I've had multiple commitments missed and appliances ordered and apppointments made without my knowlecdge. After mutiple issues by early Dec I was promised a loaner that never came so I had to buy one to get through the holidays with 17 out of country visitors. Brandon swore he would take care of everything on 12/19. He did nothing. I was pulled out of my child's 1st Christmas program on 12/21 for installers banging on my door. Chris was supposed to take care of everything that day. I missed the bulk of that program while he did NOTHING. Installers have been coming to my home every few days for weeks and I have no idea why because there in no appliance to install, and 1/6, an appliance delivery service showed up out of no where. Home Depot is trying to force me to take an appliance I never ordered and I have repeatedly begged them to remedy. No one should ever have to experience this complete lack of customer service, follow through and accountability. DTC Home Depot has many dishonest associates from the top down who have no concern, empathy or conscience. I hope corporate has more humanity and there are repercussions for this behavior.

Staff is very helpful and they always seem to have what I need.

This store is clean and well stocked and maintained, prices are competitive and it is easy to find what I need quickly.

The store had very courteous employees and experts in the field of various departments.

We recently bought carpet. Veda and Cynthia are the best!! They worked with our schedule and even sent out someone to verify the tricky measurements on our stairs just to make sure it would be done correctly. We have shopped here for several years and this is just another example of how hard working and dedicated their staff are.
