Everyone in the store was super nice. I asked where something was and the guy pointed me right to it. I really appreciate that and I'm really appreciative that y'all had what I needed.

Extremely poor management (Paul)

Poor quality service or rather almost nonexistent. Rude staff , untrained staff, not knowledge about proper return procedures and profits. No follow up! Never help to help you load! Poor price selection!!!!

I found store #1509 Greenwood Village to be very clean, presentable, and well stocked. I was met by a very kind and very pleasant staff and had a fantastic shopping experience. What a wonderful store. The building, itself, even looks classier than other Home Depot’s that I have shopped at and I have been to many many many Home Depot’s.

Store wonderful with outstanding employees and great customer service

This location is a stand-out, no lethargic or uninterested employees here. The associates are friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and eager to assure that your experience is pleasant, efficient and that you accomplish what you intended with your visit.

This is a good Home Depot. Bob S is an excellent greeter and the store seems organized and as neat has this kind of store can be. They do a great job with exchanges and returns. Love the separate checkout at the Garden Center which saves a lot of time.

I love the big guy (senior on oxygen) who greeted me at the door!

Friendly and well stocked shelves for the products I need.

Never had an issue in the years shopping here. Everyone is nice and apologetic if something doesn't go right. Sometimes have to wait a bit in a particular area if you need special assistance (like cutting some steel pipe and having it re-threaded) but, I understand not every associate can do EVERY job in the store.

The employee I had called verified product was in stock before I travelled.

Associates are friendly and helpful; stock items are easy to find with prices displayed. My dog and I love this Home Depot

I'm in the middle of a major remodeling project and everyone from the front desk to the individual departments to the cashiers, to the ProDesk have stepped up to help me out in numerous ways. They know me when I walk in the store, remember my name and say Hi! The people make all the difference and this HD is great.

We were expecting to visit a few home improvement stores but this Home Depot was our only stop. We found all the materials we needed for our project at amazing prices. Best of all the employees were very helpful and very nice.

Special orders arrived on time. Customer service was exceptional, From follow up to results. Very timely and helpful and friendly.
