Super store Very friendly customer service Lovely place to visit for your house hold needs I really enjoyed my visit

Bought chainsaw chain online at a competitor, but upon arrival, not in stock. Went straight to Home Depot. Jeff helped me find a possible match (but different brand than my chainsaw) but the compatible numbers listed didn't exactly match mine. I asked if I could bring my chainsaw in to see if it fit. He said yes! I fed the chain in, it appeared to fit. I asked if I could actually run it to see if, in fact, it would work. He said yes and went outside w/me to run it! Absolutely BEST customer service EVER! He was friendly, thorough and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I needed!

This used to be a store full of friendly faces and knowledgeable employees. A lot has changed. If you are lucky enough to catch an employee you are told it's not their dept. Few seem to even want to be there anymore. The 100% self checkout is inefficient. Side note to employees; If you hate your job that much QUIT. Also it is ALWAYS ok to say you don't know in fact it's appreciated. However follow up w/ but I will find a person that does.

Went in and Nicholas helped us through the entire purchase process and laid out all the steps for delivery and installation! They were very helpful and friendly!

From the moment I entered the store at 6am i was greeted. As I walked the store I was asked if I needed assistance. At checkout Gary got me Danny from paint to help me with floor tiles. They both were enthusiastic and gracious.Above the average service.Super people!

The Home Depot is way more friendly, more helpful, and usually has what you’re looking for; and you can always order online. Online ordering isn’t always the best; overall, shopping at The HD is the best way to get your project accomplished for the best price next to free.

I frequently find myself shopping at various Home Depot, and by far, these are the most helpful and happy to help employees that i have had the pleasure of encountering in a while. They actually take pride in assisting you, and they know their store.

i'm new to the area, moved from Southern Florida just about a year now, and have landscaping issues, getting to know the plants around here. the people are most friendly and help with my landscaping needs.. i'll go back.

I called the number to schedule a water heater replacement. I called and scheduled this replacement with a company that Home Depot uses for installation. They were to install a water heater on 3/7/2023 with an arrival window of 12 - 4 PM. On this day. After taking a vacation day from my job to get the water heater installed and waiting on this plumbing contractor to show up, I get a phone call at 2:20 PM stating they could not make it. I then asked why as Home Depot statement says that if you call before noon you get same day installation on water heaters. Heck I gave them four days and they still didn’t show to install my water heater. I then told them to cancel my order and I would go elsewhere the plumbing contractor did not care and wanted to reschedule 2 days later with the same time frame I then told them no way. As I will not take off another day for their failure to keep the original date. The plumbing company name was Brick Street Plumbing I would not recommend scheduling through them or Home Depot for any contractor work ever again as this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is the best Home Depot in the area, not even the Home Depots in Frederick or Germantown Maryland are as good, in customer service and store management

Everyone in the store was helpful and kind especially Tina who took it upon herself to help me move multiple sheets of drywall even though I didn’t ask. Super friendly team that treated everyone professionally

Many of the employees at this store are not willing to offer assistance unless you hunt them up and request help. Also many times the web sight will say there is a certain amount of a product in stock but when you get to the store the actual amount is much less and sometimes completely out of stock.

Store associates always greet us and offer to help. Store associate, Lemmy, used a fork lift to gather my order of 28 sheets of paneling and 3- 2x10's w/the help of one young man to help w/safety & spotting and another young lady who helped him load it onto my trailer. The cashier, Bryan, put my order on hold until i returned from my car with a coupon. I started to leave and Bryan told Lemmy i left my 2x10's on the cart. Lemmy flagged me down and loaded them for me.

Home Depot Hagerstown is consistently my go to place when I need answers on household issues I leave not disappointed.

The customer service and some Department could be better. Some store associates we'll just pass you off to the next person so they don't have to deal with you. I had more help come from the cashier then the associate in the department. The only reason I would give it 4 stars is because the cashiers
