I love going to Home Depot. I could shop for hours. Nursery is well stocked, employees go above and beyond and I’m always in and out upon check out.

I visited this store and was greeted with a great smile! Mr. Ryan was very helpful with helping me carry things to my vehicle. Extremely nice even in the heat!

Out of all the home depots in a 50 mile radius, this is the best one. Definitely more in stock items and nicer employees. Noticeably better all around, it's my go-to

Nathan was wonderful in helping us choose a new washing machine.

I was bum rushed out of the store at 8pm and was not allowed to make proper product selection. I get the store closes at 8 but people in there shopping before the store closes should be allowed a few minutes to find the products they need. The associate asking me to head to the front of the store did even offer to help me find what I needed

It was much better when you could just go to an open self-check station. Now you have to wait for an employee to do something that we did ourselves since the store opened.

Jasmine at the Hammond la store was a huge help for me.

Kaylee checked us out and we couldn’t have ask for a nicer person. Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this Home Depot.

Steve in the plumbing area helped me find every fitting and adapter I needed for a water well renovation project. I figured I'd have to figure it out by myself never expected the employee in that area to be so helpful. Had me out of the store fast and ended up getting the project done fast with all his help! Will definitely be back

Building 14 apartments for homeless women and children and I can say I vist many home depot in my line of work and Hamoond home depot cares about there customers

Came in looking for extension cords. We couldn’t find the one we were looking for. She helped us look for it and find it. She was patient and nice.

Waited 20 minutes after asking for help before stopping another passing employee. He spent 5 minutes unsuccessfully calling but unable to even get a manager. Then a woman (manager?) approached looking irritated and shrugging as if to say “oh well”. Then she realized I was waiting customer. Then she helped another customer that approached her and left me cluelessly waiting. Left without ordering what I needed.

I am on my second major project in one year. I shopped Home Depot Hammond, La. store for both and am happy I did. The customer service and the products available, either on site or by ordering, are the best quality for the price anywhere.

Talk to Steve if you need to find anything in the store.

They got the mulch while I paid so they could load and they shorted me three bags that I paid for.

Great employees who aren't lazy! Made my experience that much better!

This store is understocked and understaffed. Can’t find what you go in for. You have to order items and it will ship to your home. When I go to buy something I go for a reason, not to have to wait 4 days.

Women are Always helpful

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DUE TO INEPT EMPLOYEES. ASSOCIATES EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO DO THERE JOB FOR THEM, DO NOT LISTEN AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THERE JOB.

Its nice to be greeted with a smile and the expeience to be friendly and not a bother.
