Nice friendly helpful workers

This location is amazing. You could enter feeling down and leave feeling motivated. I found all of the items I needed. I had assistance all around if needed. The store was clean and the associates are always friendly.

The store is my favorite to shop at the employees are always nice and friendly. I was having some issues with my order at the customer service desk and Mae and Cyrenity helped me get everything in my order fixed quickly and were very patient with me.

For the second time I want to purchase a special buy Milwaukee tool. Online it says 5 available but when I get to the store none are available. This has happened in the past. Nothing more frustrating that their own inventory showing availability but come out empty handed. The employee did look arounf the top shelves and could not find any. He even looked at his hand held device fir availability and said that number could not be trusted.

I would not recommend this store if you are buying a product or a discontinued product that you intend on picking up later I would tell a person or friend if you buy product or flooring you better take it home immediately and if it is raining do not buy it until the sun is shining and you can take it home!!

Was greeted by a store employee when entering the door. We were directed to the isle we were looking for. Everyone in the store worked very hard to make sure we were finding what we were looking for. One item was out of stock but as with everything else, getting stock deliveries has been hard since Covid pandemic. Overall visit was very pleasant

Every once in a while you encounter a store employee that goes so far & beyond expectations, you decide to never shop elsewhere. Dleisa of Customer Service provided just such an experience. Store is Clean, employees are friendly, helpful and you can Actually find one readily when you need assistance. Great Job.

Yes I love shopping here. I think this is my favorite store. I love looking in the garden center in the spring when there's gardening stuff everywhere. I have to contain myself. The store is nice and the majority of the employees are nice and helpful. I think the store is stocked well also. Really don't have any negative thoughts.

Associates were friendly throughout the store. Self checkout employees should let us handle our purchases and TRUST us.

Home Depot is the place to getting the items for your kitchen sink, or deals on appliances that make you think. The associates are friendly and willing to help in a second's blink. lawn care, bathroom, tile, doors, windows and patio pillows. smiling faces in gardens no weeping willows. so much more... DIY, or let Home Depot take care of your roof, sidings, furniture and bedroom floor.

The Hammond store is one of the best Home Depot’s that I shop at. The workers are always so willing to go out of their way to help me out! The cashiers and workers at the customer service department always help me out when I come in the store. I would like to personally thank Tyra and Asia at customer service for all that they both did for me when my order was messed up.

Associate Cassandra was very very helpful with our purchase on 2/16/21 she deserves a great big raise very professional.

Mrs Cassandra in customer service helped me tirelessly with a issue I have had with an appliance. Since purchasing the appliance I was in a accident causing permanent brain damage memory loss. She worked over an hour looking up a receipt that I can't find. I needed that receipt to contact the manufacturer. In order to get a warranty service call. She saw me struggling to stand and got me a chair to sit in. I wasn't much help because of memory loss. She was gracious and courteous and most of all patient with me. In my opinion she deserves a raise and a promotion to train all Home Depot employees in how to treat a customer.

It’s quite aggravating when over 3 associates has called to the person over the department for help. 20 minutes of just waiting to be helped is ridiculous and y’all should put y’all customers first.
