On May 21, 2024 around 1:12pm, I arrived at the Home Depot parking lot with my return of three 3ft x 5ft HardieBacker cement backboards. I parked approximately 10 feet from a loader who was helping a man load replacement windows and/or patio sliding windows into his truck. While they were loading his truck, I put up the trunk of my SUV. When Mike walked by, I told him I needed assistance to unload the boards onto a cart. At first, it appeared he did not understand me, so I repeated myself and he told me to hold on. He proceeded to help a lady load mulch into the trunk of her SUV and then pushed her regular size shopping cart into the store. I waited several minutes, and when I realized he wasn't returning, I shut my trunk and went to the customer service area, The line was too long, so I found another person who apparently was not a loader, but gave of his time to help me. As I was leaving the store, I saw Mike on the parking lot. During this time, I learned his name and called the store when I entered the vehicle to leave. I did not have the opportunity to speak to a manager in my two attempts to call.

I am a senior citizen and bought 10 bags of mulch and when I went to pick it up there was no one there to help me even though I was told there would be. No one even showed up after I called the store and asked for help. I will never shop this store again.

The people at the Home Depot store at 4200 Derry Street are the best!!! They always help me find things and get what I need. Even give me suggestions on a project. I shop there often.

I went in to try and find multiple fittings in the plumbing section and each thing that I needed to find was in it's correct box and isle.

I bought the wrong product and had no idea what to do with it. I spoke to the cashier and she said "no problem" and handed me a gift certificate for an exchange. I found the right product, went back to the cashier and she was done in less than a minute. I got the right product and was happy as can be. Great store.

I've noticed that the employees at the Derry Street Home Depot are much more friendly and helpful than at other stores I patronize.

Found bulbs for a security light that was very old. Had great selection of bulbs, that I thought would be hard to find.

We had the best experience with Brandi, a customer service representative! She helped my husband with his registration for a veteran’s discount application that he was having trouble activating via his iPhone. Brandi was knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

We purchased an oven recently and the choices available were amazing and each one had a very clear and full description attached which really helped us make a good decision on what we wanted. It's so nice to have a wide choice when buying something!

the store is set up very conveniently. i was able to find everything I needed very easy.

I had an issue placing an online order with a gift card. When I called customer service, they couldn’t resolve and suggested I go into the nearest store. Randall, at the customer service front area, was able to place the order and resolve my issue without any hassle whatsoever. He was very polite, helpful, and efficient. BIG, “thank you” to RANDALL!

I get so inspired just walking in with all the possibilities of what I COULD do, it's HARD to pull myself away.....just wait until we get our own house!!!

The employees here go above and beyond to help you. They will take you to a product that you are looking for. They don't just say go over to isile 7...they go and show you where the item is. They represent Home Depot and proves this is the store that cares about you.

Went to buy a fridge and that department was slightly understaffed .An employee from a different department kindly assisted us with our purchase. Employees seemed to like their jobs, great service ,thanks.

I was just so excited to find what i needed from Home Depot.

My experience this morning/afternoon had nothing to do with the products I bought, it was all about the employees that worked there, ABSOLUTELY AWSOME!

Extremely pleased with products found in the garden area..my garden is thriving with the products from m 4113. When ever I am in the area I will stop in to see what new arrivals are in since my last visit..this is a go to store for healthy products for a bright, healthy, garden
