GREAT STORE, GREAT FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES

Store personnel put the health of employees at risk. Most of the employees I had masks somewhere near their faces but the masks didn't cover their mouths and noses! I asked to talk to a store manager and SHE had HER mask below her nose. I commented on it and the STORE MANAGER huffed off and walked away! Totally rude and disrespectful and unsafe! I won't be back!

Everyone at the store is very hopeful I had a very nice young lady that clean the cart for me personally and brought it to me and I really appreciated that thank you

Consistently one of the worst stocked and dirty Home Depot stores in the Harrisburg area. Only use it if I have a specific single item I need to pick up.

My rating is because although the employee was helpful and polite he didn't close the lid all of the way on one of the 4 most expensive cans of paint I bought. It fell over on the ride home and now there is paint on the truck and we lost paint to use for our new home. I have bought TONS of paint in my life between jobs and personal and NEVER have had this happen.

Great place to shop. I buy all my needs at this store Doors, Storm Doors, Paint, Lumber lights etc. All the associates I dealt with were very professional and knowledgeable Store was OK but with all this that is going on its understandable

This is my main store and I was really disappointed with the customer service. It was so hard to find employees who actually knew anything about the area they were working in. They were so short-staffed that we never found anyone that could help us in the flooring and tile section. It is very disheartening to not be able to completely get the things we needed because of no customer service. We did spend over 500.00 but will have to go elsewhere to find the rest of our items.

Nisha at the service desk went above and beyond my expectations in resolving an issue with a previous purchase.

Love the fact that store employees know the answers or they quickly find the person that does know the answers.

HP has a unique ability to point me into the right isle with available staff near to answer questions. I can make an informative decision about my idea with confidence and a return-guarentee if the product I try doesn't meet my need. Service was absolutely phenomenal! Have a huge home-remodel on our historic house, and Roy volunteered his assistance and went above and beyond any customer service I have ever had. An extremely positive shopping experience.

When someone needs something (anything) and isn't sure about it, you can go to Home Depot and one or more of the employees are knowledgeable about their department and can give you instructions or even direct you to the department of which to help you. I come to Home Depot a lot and even enjoy just looking around and seeing the store and people. All good and they know what their doing. Good work. Keep it up.See you soon.

Lived at Union Deposit Road, close to hOME dEPOT and enjoy shopping here. I am a steady and happy customer. No complaints or anything else. You guys treat me nice and are very helpful. Thank You very much. Wishing all a safe, happy, healthy year 2020. See ya soon

The store was in good condition. It was a snowy night and it could have been a mess, but it wasn't. The parking lot was generally cleared. The sales personnel were extremely helpful, kind and courteous.
