Purchased 4 of the 40x17 plastic circular low profile window well covers to replace cheaper flimsy ones. These are solid and sturdy and they look nice especially since they lay flat. I believe they will hold up well.

Great store with employees who really care and help you

A older gentleman name Brawson seen me struggling with loading some plywood and came in to help me with no hesitation. While the rest of the employees stood there and were on their phones. Can’t thank Brawson enough. Such a awesome employee

We were looking to buy a refrigerator and found the best price on a Bosch one. Buying from the Harrison store was great and Lee Anne was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

I had an employee literally walk me from the Garden Center to the correct isle 2/3rds of the way through the store and help me pick the correct tool I needed, to complete a project for my backyard.

I needed a new microwave and found Bradley there in appliances and just had a great shopping experience! He was friendly, had information and tid bits of each one I was thinking about getting, and I didn't feel rushed to buy one. Overall, my experience was awesome and if I need to come back I'm asking for Bradley.

I bought a riding mower and carport. The associates were very knowledgeable and helpful .

I bought this a month ago, it did not fit on my faucet

I needed help getting a deep freezer, an employee asked if I needed help, I said yes. What was supposed to be a quick question, turned into a fiasco. The poor older gentleman, (Navy Vet) 73 years old, helped me thru this whole ordeal. He was fantastic, being a veteran as well we talked and joked while we tried to figure out the computer 🖥️ problem and get me on my way. This kinda customer service isn't everywhere, but in Harrison Home Depot, it's there and seems to be like this every time I go. Treat you like family. Thank you.

This store is big enough to carry many varieties of what you may need, but small enough not to be overwhelming. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly.

This is the best Home Depot I have done business with. The store is generally clean and stock isn't piled in the aisle ways. The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful.

I had several issues and needed hardware so ran to this store to purchase the supplies. I ran into several small issues and actually worked with several depts to help me. Every single person was knowledgeable about the store and products and were more than kind. You can't say that about 90% of most stores these days. I will always go to Home Depot/Harrison OH for everything I need while updating my home.

I like this store. It's a bit of a drive for me but there are more product options and better prices than some other hardware stores.

Nate is a great employee, he is a keeper I did call Home Depot to see if they will built a ramp at my home for my husband that is a Vet and haven't heard back. My husband has had 3 strokes and needs a small ramp. I was told that there is a program with Home Depot for doing this for Vets
