Bought Generac generators through HD. The approved installer got the entire job ordered and we financed on the HD credit card for 24 months. For easy for me on my end. Click and sign was all I needed to do.

I bought four appliances on 6/23/22. I saved a lot of money, I am very pleased with the product and sales, and the management team. I purchase a washer and dryer from Whirlpool ,and a stove and refrigator from Frigdaire.

Love the light inside ,amount that it holds to dry but do wish where you clean lint filter that dirt didn't go down in a hole because it is impossible to get the dirt out of the hole.

We have shopped all over for a riding lawn mower. This store has the knowledgeable service people who are outgoing and friendly. From the salespersons to the checkout person. Great experience.

Staff was extremely helpful in helping us determine what was the best produce for our need.

Tom in the paint department was so helpful. I came in to buy a second gallon of paint that was guaranteed to cover in 1 coat. He asked me how I liked the paint and when I said it was not covering in 1 coat, he took the initiative to contact the company on my behalf, and I am being reimbursed for the 2 additional gallons I had to buy. Thank you Tom!!

I bought a leaf blower and after a bit of searching I found what I was looking for. The amount of product was pretty impressive as I found that when I checked out the item inventory online prior to going to the store there were 18 items in stock. This was very helpful and prevented a wasted trip to the store.

purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot in Harrison. Jim the Gem is a great guy to work with! very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Dryer was delivered without any leveling feet. The manual and the order clearly says they should be included. The installers argued with me and tried to tell me dryers dont come with them. They did NOTHING to resolve the issue. i had to go bck to the store and there the manager also argued with me. I have a service teck scheduled but still no feet comming

Home Depot in Harrison OH has the best employees. They don’t just point to the area where they think your product might be….they walk you there and find it for you. If they can’t find it, they enlist the help of other associates for assistance. Much appreciated!

Bought a Maytag set washer and dryer commercial series there’s an old man it works in appliances it is super knowledgeable and helpful highly recommend looking for an old man in appliances…

Entered the store with a return and the lady at the front desk was rude, answered with ugh huh and grunts and noises. I was a tad upset. THEN there was a younger woman that helped us with storm doors and was so nice ,pleasant and very helpful. Our cashier Tammy was amazing, very nice, helpful and considerate. Those two ladies turned our entire trip around and definitely made up for our treatment at the front desk. Thanks Ladies! First impressions are always remembered so if you are at the service desk remember that!

They have Sheet Rock brand drywall which does seem to be lighter and stiffer than other brands I have purchased at other stores. It was easy to load, check out and get back home to get the job done.

The store had a limited number of items on display and I wanted to go a the store to price new materials for my master bathroom

This store treated me and my grandaughter like we were royality, I have never been treated like this in ANY STORE, amazing treatment. This is my store forever. Had no trouble finding anything, actualy had an escourt for our shopping the whole time from the start to unloading our cart. I give this store a 10+

The store is clean and a lot of products on shelve , no long waitinglist, helpfull employers, special flooring.

Went in to buy a refridgerator. Met Jim the Gem in appliances He sold us there perfect refrigerator and showed the matching stove and over head, they are next on or list, in and out easy peasy. Great visit to Home Depot !!!!

We arrived right before closing, with my special needs SIL, who needed a new washer. They could have easily told us they were closed and we would leave. I live an hour away from her and would have lost a whole other day helping her with this purchase if the staff at this store were not so kind. Appliance dept employees were gone for the day. We found another clerk who got the Asst. Mgr. to come and help us. He was wonderfully considerate of my SIL, even though she was very rude(yes, part of her issues). He took us to a clerk at check out who was also wonderful when my SIL said she didn't have ID to pay by check. We took care of that issue, and the washer will be at her home soon. Thank you Home Depot.

The store is clean, friendly environment and wide selection. The staff are very friendly! It beats going to Lowe’s.

I was looking for something in the gardening section. Two employees were working (slowly) on putting together a wheelbarrow. Never asked if I needed help or offered to assist in any way. I might have been invisible. I had to squeeze past one to get what I needed. Sure, I want to spend money at a place like this.
