Home Depot in Hattiesburg MS - Please keep the Yellow Zinc Grade 70 5/16 in x 20 ft chains in stock ( at your store ). I am a flatbed truck driver and I use these chains to secure my loads on my trailer. Thank you.

The wonderful and healthy plants we were searching for we found at Home Depot, plus a wonderfully priced Husky workbench. All this and staff members that were excellent!

THIS store has a lack of management and customer service. Associates avoid eye contact so that they aren't asked to help. They usually are walking around the store talking and laughing while avoiding customers. I am really getting sick and tired of this store. If retail stores want more sales, then do better assisting the customers walking the store. I left without spending almost $500 today and only spent $12 because on one was available to help me. Now I will order my $500 in tools (blower and power saw) online from another retailer.

Staff (Victoria and Don) helped me get the lumber I needed, since I'm disabled and unable to handle the larger items. Victoria was very kind and Don selected, cut and loaded a sheet of plywood for me. He also picked out some 2x4's to be sure they were straight. They were busy, yet took the time to help out and old man who couldn't get his ramp repaired at home without the help!

First of all, there is a cashier name, Victoria nicknamed Tori. She goes above and beyond to help any customer achieve what they have came into Home Depot for. No job too big or too small for her. On this shopping trip we bought three of the diamond gem 24“ x 36“ doormats. They are heavy duty and really get the dirt off your feet. The best part is they were only $8.88 per Mat. I recommend them highly.

I usually can find what I want at this store.

I bought my Milwaukee tool set. I use it a lot and I’m proud of it makes my work life pretty fast and efficient. The Milwaukee work light works best I’m all those that I have.

Richard, one of the workers, spent about an hour with me helping me work through proper materials to hang string lights on my back porch. He helped me decide to use galvanized pipe. He cut it to the length I needed. Helped me find the material to use to attach the poles to my deck including proper size screws. He was very patient, kind, and informative.

30 minutes for a simple purchase....no employee help

Ryan was extremely helpful and kind. I had several sample size paints that he had to mix. He was the only one in the dept. working and had several customers come up after he started helping me. He continued to take care of everyone and was very helpful.
