Cashier was awful. Went in to get 6 items and only found 2.

YOU DO NOT KEEP THE HANDICAPPED SCOOTERS CHARGED AND THERE SHOULD BE MORE THAN JUST TWO OF THEM! AND THEY SHOULD BE BETTER MAINTAINED!

The store is conveniently located next to the interstate. The store is clean and organized

OMG!!! My visit was GREAT! Each and every Home Depot Employee went above and beyond helping me.

Today, as a 60 inch tall woman, with no hardware experience, I was given the task to go to Home Depot for supplies to renovate a home. I was terrified lol.. but nevertheless, the Home Depot team today in every department made me feel very welcomed and at ease! I think I can build a house now lol.. just kidding! But, they were awesome! I definitely recommend this store!

The sales associate, Lynn Chasse, that we talked with about buying a washing machine was helpful and friendly. The delivery of our washing machine was prompt and the installation was done quickly, and there were no problems.

Super friendly and helpful employees. They always do their best to assist with what I need and if they don't have it, they offer the next best option!

Had the most unpleasant experience with the flooring department in the logistics of an online floor order and install planning. After 2 weeks of getting bounced around from sales people to contractors, and then the order didn’t show up as noted, FINALLY GAVE UP and canceled order.

Associate MIA was very nice and pleasant. Great worker disposition.

Love everything about Hattiesburg Home Depot except they throw away sick plants instead of marking them down for resale :(

The gentleman that serviced my husband and I did a great job, but the SERVICE MAN or the CONTRACT WORKER that was assigned out to service our addresses for measurements was VERY RUDE, disrespectful and did not represent Home Depot very well.

Employees were not interested with helping customers. Four times I went to Service desk and asked for assistance with cutting chain. I only heard 1 page over the speaker system. After waiting 12 to 15 minutes between each visit to the Service desk I left. Numerous employees walked past me talking to other employees and none ever stopped and asked if needed assistance.

Paul B., a crew member on the floor (aisle #9), was willing to help with kind attention, well-versed advices, and more. He made my day. Strongly recommend.

Very helpful employees, always have plenty product in-stock so you don’t have to order, very visually appealing store, clean, organized, and overall it’s just a satisfying store to shop at. I’ve already spent way too much money at this location in 2021 LOL. But that’s fine. 5/5 recommend this Home Depot store!

Cashier named legacy is rude and lazy. I won’t be back

Empoyee Mrs Mason went out her way to help me. I was in need of one more kitchen cabinet out of twelve and this store had it and now I can complete my kitchen renovations. I had been looking for two weeks. I live in New Orleans so I am grateful for her help.

Great store, friendly employees, good selection of products at a reasonable price. Parking lot is good and the store is off the road and easy to find.

This Home Depot in our area is our "go-to" extremely often for our home needs. We've purchased flooring, plumbing, carpentry supplies, tools, patio furniture, and now even the Christmas tree I've been wanting for quite some time from this store!

For the most part, The Home Depot #2905 Hattiesburg is a good store. The location is ideal and it is usually stocked with the things I need. That said, the customer service is very inconsistent and all self-check out needs to be eliminated. If you I have to scan items I purchase, then there should be a discount for doing so. Hire more cashiers for God's sake.
