Excellent customer service

Had good visit to Hendersonville Home Depot last Saturday afternoon. They had what I needed and even cut the wood to size. Very impressive and will definitely visit them again

I bought new appliances about 7 years ago. I first went to Lowe’s and they didn’t want to give me a line of credit! Home Depot did! They have a customer for life!! Those appliances were paid off in 12 months and now redoing my entire kitchen and they are my go to!!

Joe is a great guy to work with. He is always helpful and cheerful, customers really appreciate employees like Joe.

the best store around for construction needs the best part is their wonderful friendly helpful staff

I've been going to Home Depot on & off. Because of the products & better quality of materials that the store has in stock.

Assistant manager Pam pitched in when a department was overwhelmed. We were waiting around needing to buy a countertop and she swooped in to make it happen and the wait wasn’t too bad.

Dee rocks the Kasbah, I asked her who I could talk to about a Red Bull cooler at the checkout near the service desk, now she stocks sugar free for me!! Dee is awesome!!¡¡

I have always been satisfied with the Hendersonville store, there is less confusion there- I have always been very satisfied with all the various departments, love the plant etc dept for spring, fall etc

I used to love our local Home Depot but now too many employees there are lazy, hateful, using profanity, wreak of pot, and just can't be bothered by the customers.

Rick in plumbing is a wealth of information for DIY-era. Saved us from making a couple of costly mistakes….like buying a pre-assembled shower for our bathroom renovation. It wouldn’t have fit in the door! We left with everything we needed to complete our project

The quickness and speed of returning a broken socket set was awesome. Plus everyone was super nice!

Very clean and tidy store. We’ll organized. Front check out sales people very friendly. Salesperson in kitchen and appliances….meh.

The employees at this store are so accommodating, despite how busy they constantly are. I had a part I ordered that wasn’t in stock and Terry brought it to me from SC. Is that great service or what?? I am a customer for life! Thank you very much Terry for you’re outstanding service. I hope Home Depot gives you a huge Bonus on your next check!

I waited 15 minutes for an employee to assist me with a power tool that was locked up. I asked 2 different employees to help. One said he wasn't allowed to help in power tools and he would call someone to help. I waited, but no one showed up. I asked another employee and he said the employee was helping another customer. I waited some more, still no one showed up. I went to check out and lo and behold, the employee was finally free to help. I can wait awhile, but I cannot stand around for 15 minutes for 1 employee to help in a particular section.

These employees go above & beyond to find requested products that don't seem to be available on the floor. They are extremely helpful. I left the store impressed by the care and support.

I bnought paint sample and received it very quickly. I would love to win the $500.

Had been elsewhere for estimate on my desired product. Got a bit of a run around, price was shockingly high and required an “installer “ to come to my house to take measurements prior to finalizing my the purchase. Waited a month. Made 11 phone calls then moved on to Home Depot and I’m so glad I did. Paid one third the quote from the other store, staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. What’s more, product has been delivered and installed in under 5days! Huge difference. I will shop Home Depot first from now on.

Bought 6 ceiling fans- good selection and excellent service!

Don’t assume anything Before you buy product at Home Depot make sure it’s not broken or missing parts before you take it out of the store word to the wise

I worked with Dave in the paint department, trying to match paint, Dave worked diligently to match my paint and I was satisfied. It’s obvious Dave enjoys his job and interacting with his customers.

Store associates were more than helpful, we didn’t have find an associate to help us, he found us! I’m sure we looked lost but he certainly could have walked right by us but he did not, he stopped to see if he could help and stayed with us until we had what we needed. Thank you Nick!

I purchased a John Deere zero turn mower and the service at the store was excellent and the woman helping me at the service desk was wonderful and very helpful!

Many employees passed by us but no one ever offered to help us.

I am very pleased with my experience the employees were enthusiastic and helped me get what I was looking for.

Although the particular product I was looking was not available, the store associate suggested the proper substitute which worked very nicely.

Mark was very helpful and patient with our family while buying flooring.

Jose Perez is an all around amazing asset to this store. Even if you don't need anything stop by and shake his hand. Amazingly respectful & kind!!! He would just smile if people just wanted to say hi to him.
