Had my own sales concierge when searching for Dewalt cordless nailer, trim and other door remodeling items. Great customer service is the norm for me when I shop at the Hermitage Home Depot on most occasions.

During the pandemic I completely had an older house we had purchased with 90% of the materials and a complete kitchen , bought at Home Depot.

I bought a cabinet for my kitchen. The people were very kind and informative. I also got paint and received the help I needed to pick out the right paint. Bryan, an employee, helped me check out and was very kind.

Sarah at the customer service desk did everything she could do to make sure I left happy. Even when a guy in the tool section said he couldn’t do it because it was on line only. Sarah went out of her way to fix it all and made sure I was happy when I left

We went to buy a riding tractor and employees were great. Sales person was great help and customer service employee that took care of us at checkout, we don't have it yet but employees were very helpful.

I ordered two tables online, and instead, received two different types of laminate flooring. I went to the store two return the items, and both Blair and Cherish were super helpful and friendly with the return. They also helped me purchase the 12 foot halloween skeleton that i've been searching for for 4 years. I was able to purchase it, and they helped me schedule a shipping day and time to my home in New Castle. Excellent and Attentive service.

Terry G. an employee at the Hermitage, PA Home Depot helped me immensely. He got all of the items I needed to fix my broken sump pump. He even cut the PVC pipe to the correct length and glued on the extension piece! It only took me about ten minutes to get it running when I got home due to Terry's help. Thank You So Much!!
