The sales associates are second to none, very friendly, and honest.

The store was nice and great customer service

There was a board upon entering with promotions on it. It stated sheds were on sale, I spoke with 5 different employees and no one could or would look to see what sales there were on sheds as the advertising said!.

David A. is an exceptional employee. of it weren't for all his help today, we would not have had the shopping experience we did. He really stepped up and guides other employees as well as customers.

The store was clean, personnel were very friendly. But, the store was unbearably hot. And being required to wear a mask, was doubly uncomfortable. I would've spent more time browsing if not for these two things.

The inventory in this store is terrible. The website states that there are a few in stock. The store computer shows that there is stock but when you have an employee help find an item, it is not in stock and needs to be ordered. Associates could use some customer service training on returned item protocol and listening to the customer. They could learn to apologize for the companies error on selling used merchandise as new! The associates need trained on inspecting returned merchandise and that used products should not go on the shelves to be sold as new. Also if a customer has originally purchased the item as a curb side pick - no contact - chances are they really do not want to go into the store for a replacement item.

Always have a good experience at this store. Keep up the good work

Employee was too busy talking with coworker in appliance area and acted like I was a pest when I asked a question about a product!

The staff in every department was friendly and helpful including the cashier, but the lady at the paint desk was very rude and unprofessional telling my daughter that she was in her way and needed to move now, upsetting my daughter. I have purchased alot of items in the past from this store and spent plenty of money but unfortunately this will probably be my last time at this location.

Each time that I have been to this store I have received excellent help and advice from the employees. I have worked on two projects and in both instances I was given excellent advice by a man in the lumber department named Nick. His suggestions were invaluable. I also found the other employees quite helpful in locating supplies. I will go out of my way to go to the store because I know that if I have a question it will get answered.

Very upset that Home Depot has stopped giving the veteran discount.

Clean store associates were friendly and helpful

We ordered flooring online to be picked up at the store. When we went to pick it up a few of the boxes looked damaged. Asked the girl at customer service if it should be checked, said no, it looked ok. Got it home, three boxes with broken pieces. Another trip to the store, had to be reordered, another 10 days. Why don't employees check inventory before it goes out the door? I am recommending the store because customer was polite during the process.

The employees here were so friendly and helpful. Rob in plumbing department went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend this store!

Don't give 5 percent like the other competitor. And the new layout is poorly designed and thought out the designer should be fired. Customer service is a mess checkouts are a mess no one knows where to go how come you have to register side-by-side with one mod people are pulling big carts with Lumber and other stuff hate shopping at this place

Most all of the employees I was involved with were helpful in finding the products on the shelves and explaining the advantages of one versus another which was quite a learning surprise. All were top notch!
