Two stars because I found what I was looking for. I shop frequently at home improvement stores. Today I had the misfortune to have an extremely rude cashier in the garden center, she must have been absent when the customer skills class was taught. My experience with her was unpleasant from the first moment until she practically threw the receipt at me. Her attitude and behavior was totally unacceptable.

Please be aware, this store does not hire and train CSR reps to assist checkout. No care or professionalism available.

I like going to Home Depot because you can find someone to answer questions. The prices are comparable to others but sometimes better. Everything has gotten so expensive but of course that's not home depots fault but the govt..

Been to this store many times over the years.. but Jonathan and Tatum made this visit a great one by going out of their way to help me!

Hard to get anyone to help in this store, and I hate the all self checkout you need cashiers

I found the sales lady gone very friendly and knowledgeable of the various brands of refrigerators. She listened to my “wants” and told me how to take measurements for an appropriate size refrigerator that my kitchen space could accommodate without sacrificing my top priorities. Thanks Dee for being patient with me.

i was charged for items i did not get and when i contacted Customer Service they said there was nothing they could do about it. i plan on disputing the charge on my credit card.

The service and knowledge in the appliance department helped ease my anxiety and make me feel good about the decisions made.

My wife and I searched the websites, consumer reports and ads for a new washer and dryer. We found the best prices and selection at Home Depot. This store in particular stood out to us. Huge selections, clean, well stocked and organized. The store associate Rich was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and helped us make the best decisions for our needs. It’s rare to find people to help you these days but this store brings that all back. Very nice to see!!

I love this product, and especially after the amount of rain we got from Hurricane Nicole.

We appreciate every business that offers military appreciation in the form of a discount . BUT when the policy changes without notice and the clerks were adamant that they couldn't and wouldn't help is unacceptable. I for one feel that being forced to create more crap online and to hold my discount hostage is terroristic

Only issue was to find somone to help me.

I am new to home repairs and the different departments are nice in trying to assist me with my questions and needs. And if I purchase the wrong items, they will return it no questions asked.

Home Depot Appliances Employees were the best customer service and sales people I have had contact with in a long time. It really felt like they cared for my satisfaction and not as if they were just there to do a job.
