Products easy to find ... store was clean ... register service fast and efficient with excellent customer service.

I appreciate the friendliness of staff and most of all their helpfulness.

All the associates were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They seemed to understand my language of "I need a do-thingy that looks like this" and helped me find exactly what I needed! The store was clean and very user friendly. I will definitely shop there again.

I really like going to Home depot because I know were everything is but don't like the self check out and there needs to be more store assistance available.

returning RIDIG tools for warranty service is a joke

Overall would love to see an increase in organic gardening products . I love to see stores promote environmental friendly products and programs. I would love to see homedepot support planting of trees , shrubs and flowers in our local communities and national parks . Particularly, trees ,flowers, and shrubs that help promote clean air . I would really love to see Home Depot plant green roof plants on top of their buildings. We have plenty of concrete and steel around in the summer . We need more plants and trees on summer to cool us off.

Please be aware online purchases are considered "SPECIAL ORDERS" and are often no refundable. repairable..... THEY are a pig in a poke....ASK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE or you could be out thousands of dollars.

Lots of Choices, Friendly Help all throughout the store. Stocking on shelves is great. Can't find it they will help. Cashiers friendly. Home Depot is a place for me a home away from home!

One thing above all other is key for a business and thats customer relations. This store has it mastered! They have helped us so many times in so many ways with everything from our home to our business. The staff is amazing, friendly and willing to help plus give advice, instruction where needed. Ordered much composite decking from Hickory store. Didn't have sufficient inventory in place, but got it ordered for shipment from another store. Hickory store has great communication and professional employees. Would strongly recommend them for all your do-it-yourself or professional building projects.

I really appreciate the sales associate that took his time to help me on Monday Morning. I called him and he went above and beyond to help me. I’m from Statesville. I had looked online and saw the Statesville store had a Ryobi Pressure Washer Wand 18’ in in the store. I called to make sure and associate said there wasn’t one in the store. So I called to Hickory store. The associate put me on hold. And mentioned they had 2. I told him I was in route there. When I got there he had it available and ready for me. He then asked why I drove there Statesville. He scanned item and his phone said there were 2 of them in Statesville store. It wasn’t on shelf. But was in No Home Area. And the associate working would just have to look for it. I have always had a wonderful shopping experience with Home Depot. This experience really put a bad taste in my mouth,,,,,,, I’m grateful that SOME associates love there Jobs and are there to really help customers. I hope my experiences with Home Depot will get better in the near future.

My shopping experience was very good from the start. Every employee I came in contact with was very courteous and helpful all with a smile on their face. Pro desk employee John or Josh was extremely helpful and worked above and beyond to make my visit pleasant.

I asked for help at customer service because when I took my products to a register I was told that since it was an online deal, the price would not ring up correctly. The customer service rep was no help at all. They confirmed what the cashier had said without even trying to research the promotion. At this point I asked for a manager because I had bought similar Milwaukee tools on promotion before. She called the manager and they refused to come out and assist or even speak to me. Instead of wasting my own time to drive to another store, I went back to the Milwaukee display and grabbed a different 3/8" ratchet to see if the promo would package at self checkout. Of course it did, even after I was told that the deal I wanted was only available online. No one seemed to care that I was trying to spend $200 and I was quickly dismissed at every turn, even by management who wouldn't even try and assist. Terrible service and clearly untrained employees in regards to promotions.

Store was neat and employees very helpful. Did not need any help but was asked if I needed help. Just can't say enough about the employees.

We almost always go to Home Depot when we need something for our home. It's close and so convenient. They always have the best flowers!

Today I was calling around desperately seeking a Cub Cadet Hauler garden cart for my husband. This Hickory, NC location was the closest to have one in stock even though I am near Columbia, SC. Online showed possible stock so I called. Jeff/Pup went out of his way to actually go out and search and FIND the item for me. It was the only one and stored very high up out of normal sight. He told me how to reserve the item by placing a phone order and promised to put the yellow sold tag on my item as soon as the order was completed. Laurie at the Pro Deck helped me place the order and promised to be sure to get the yellow sold tag to Jeff/Pup in lawn and garden. This was an all around great experience! It is unfortunately NOT the norm for most retailers and I am so happy these two were willing to go above and beyond to help me!~

I've spent a great deal of money through this store and have had the pleasure of the store manager assist on some minor sales. A great pleasure to shop there.Southern

This particular Home Depot has some of the best customer service associates I've seen from a home improvement store in quite a while. My last visit included the purchase an entire Kitchen Suite. I was unsure about, some of the warranties offered as well as installation processes. Shane from the Service Desk at the store front, lead me through the process and saved me over $700.00.

The store was very neat and clean plus all the employees seemed genuinely happy to help
