I have shopped here since it opened. I have always been able to get in and out with no difficulty till the last time when I stopped for lumber and found tool boxes displayed leaving no room to load a cart. I left

If you were really interested in honest reviews, you wouldn't apply all the limitations. I don't know why I bothered. I know I won't bother to go to Home Depot again unless it is my only choice.

store is almost always out of stock of common items I buy, signage is frequently missing advising price and and bulk discounts. The isles have extra displays in them on the floor making it difficult to maneuver carts and get around people quickly and safely even without a cart.

I shop at this store frequently for work and home. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. They have a lot of stock on hand and if they don't have will always help you locate one at another store.

We used the self check out, paid with card for items, receipt showed we paid in full ONE TIME. Was a weekend, checked our card charges on Monday, Home Depot charged our card two more times for the same items. We did not have the time to challenge the charges due to a surgical procedure that required home care for 7 days. I would suggest you double check your charge card statement when buying at this store.

I bought a charcoal grill burner and building blocks for our house and I am happy to the new look.

November 7th I was in to grab a few things and you were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. You checked the price of an umbrella for me and made an extra sale by being pro-active.

Whenever I go to this Home Depot, the Lumber department employees are helpful and always ready to answer questions or help cut wood. Every single time I go to the Hillsboro location, I've seen Jose and Vin hard at work but still make sure I get help. They have both been patient, especially when I needed wood to be cut to exact dimensions.

I always shop from Home Depot because their tools and products are very reliable

Cashier called for someone to load my truck but after half an hour he left on break and never followed up. Ended up having to talk to a manager for service.

I bought a sprinkler to find out later it doesn't have a regulator inside. When I tried to return. The returns agent Hailey gave me a lot of grief that my receipt said no returns accepted. When the item is returnable. I will be filing a corporate complaint.

Home Depot has a horrible return policy and they treat everyone like they are common criminals. I was discussed and disappointed with their return policy and their customer service as a whole.

Hello. Your internet information, phone sales opportunity, offer of free delivery and special pricing are a great money saver for me. I am elderly and live about 45 miles from your store and the cost of driving there would have made the difference of buying locally or ordering from you. Thank you for this cost savings as I am on limited income.

Not enough staff. Huge line to check out, with no humans at a cash register or even watching over the self-check stations, most of which needed an attendant. Store was noticeably dirty.

I bought chainsaw and enjoyed using it to cut off some tree branches it worked wonderfully.

Damien & Maria are great to work with in the Pro shop.

I needed som foam board and it was placed on the back wall that fully blocked with carts of merchandise. I had to move six loaded carts to safely get to the product as two employees walked pass looking at me. Not one ask me if I wanted help. This store is crap. I wish I took picture and upload, didn't even think about that.

My experience was not so good earlier at a different store, but when I came into Home Depot, they really helped to improve my day. The knowledgeable, friendly service was beyond my expectations and the assistance provided was well worth the trip. GREAT JOB HOME DEPOT!

I purchased an area rug. It is very nice quality and the price was great. Thomas carried it to my car and loaded it into my trailer. Very helpful and appreciated.

I was tired and a little frustrated when I got done shopping today. Ashley at the cash register was a pleasant finish to my visit. Much better than the "scan it yourself" machines!

Our business buys quite a lot from Home Depot, and we are in there nearly daily. Over the 10 years we have been in business I have never had a better experience than that provided by Johny and Maria at the service desk. They are knowledgeable, quick, and so pleasant to work with. I often dread having to shop at Home Depot. On my visit today, I needed to cut a piece of board and the power saw had an "Out of Order" sign on it. Francis was the person helping me and he offered to hand saw my piece and I really appreciate it.
