My experience today was very pleasant because those assisting me were interested in providing me with great service .

She was super helpful, patient and kind during my shopping trip today!

I love coming to this Home Depot because every employee I've come across seems happy and genuinely friendly. They always walk me to the items I'm looking for (if they can leave their post). It's organized and well-stocked. They almost always have what I need. It's a joy to shop here.

Look for a product that I wasn't sure existed, but employees were very knowledgeable and found what I wanted .

Every time I go for something heavy, like mulch bags, someone is always available to help me load the cart if required and to help load my purchased items into my car.

My husband and I needed appliances for a new home that we are building. We had the pleasure to work with Sales Person Gary in selecting and purchasing 6 appliances. He spent considerable time creating a quote and answering our many questions. We priced the same appliances at another home improvement store and are confident we got the best deal at Home Depot.

I needed help returning an Item, Terry in Customer Service went up and beyond to help with the return to my satisfaction, I had to do a Special Order and Tony in Mill Works did his best to make sure the special order items was exactly what I wanted and needed,

We went into Home Depot on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, looking for some bolts to use with handles for our dresser. We went right to the isle where nuts and bolts are located. We saw a sales associate who helped us immediately to find the right bolts. We had to get some buckets for planting purposes and another sales associates helped us with that as well.

My experience shopping. At Home Depot is always a pleasant experience. I am always greeted with smiles from the employees and they are very professional , helpful, and articulate. On a scale on 1 to ten......I give them a 100!

I had a great shopping experience at the Hillsborough Home Depot. Trudy, the sales associate helped me find the items that I needed. Once we located the items, she confirmed the SKU number to ensure that I had the correct time. Trudy assisted me with completing the transaction for purchase. Simply amazing in store experience.

Christoper Kenna ( Pro Account Sales Associate) treated me well in lumber department. I found the lumber there to be very good. He was very helpful.

My experience at the Hillsborough location was better than expected. Parking was great and the shopping experience was not stressful.

This Home Depot branch is a good place to buy your gardening needs, and the customer service is great.

I purchase from Home Depot often and have only good things to say about the customer service.

I had a problem with an online order for a drill/impact driver that Terry in Customer Service and Mike the Manager at the Hillsborough NC store worked to resolve such that I would leave a MORE than satisfied customer. If only all stores had such customer centric employees like the two of them - can't say thanks enough for such a positive encounter!

The Hillsborough Home Depot is not the closest Home Depot for us but the people and customer service are the best. Specifically Christopher and Laurie at the Pro Desk and Terry and Skyler at Customer Service/Returns. Great people. Very helpful.

I have been to this and every other home Depot in the area numerous times over the years and can only ever remember once having a bad interaction with a staff member here. Every other Home Depot it seems most of the time it's a hassle for them to help me. If you have a customer facing job you should always make the customer feel valued.

I am so glad to have a Home Depot in my town, Hillsborough NC.

Staff is needed if garden center open. Need staff to help load & to offer advice about bushes, plants & products

I always find 20 x 20 x 1 Honeywell Air Filters in stock and at a good price.

Your management generously helped me purchase a small Christmas tree at a discount. I am a preschool teacher and the pot can be a little thin with my income. The generosity of the store employees made a difference. I always find kindness in the Hillsborough store. In a big way, they helped make the season a whole lot brighter illustrating that what really matters is taking care of community members! Thank you!

The Tyobi cordless tools are getting better by the week. For those tool snobs who look down on any tools costing less than 800.00 you need to take a moment to look at the advances reached by the Latest generation of cordless HP BRUSHLESS TOOLS. Absolutely fantastic. Ryobi is setting the standard. Ofcourse the big dogs of tools are super, but when compared to Ryobi Cost-quality cannot not be matched . Period . Case closed. Ryobi gets it. They know what we D.I.Y people want and they deliver. But if spending 300per cent more on a tool makes you happy. Go for it. Keeping with the uniform platform, especially with the latest options to go with the newest line of 6ah and 9ah HP batteries, or use whst you already have , this is what Ryobi is famous for. Home Depot is super pet friendly and my dog “Ollie” starts barking and talking like a crazy nut job when I just say “what to go to Home Depot. John bourlon

I needed a drill for my HVAC class and Hillsborough Home Deport staff were great in helping me find one along with the drill bits. I went on a Monday evening and the staff had enough time to spend with me. Thank you Stan and Ron.

You will not be disappointed shopping at the Hillsborough store. The staff is friendly and very helpful...have question or a problem with a repair? they have answers and suggestions. the staff is a team that works and respect each other. A great atmosphere.

We had to replace the kitchen sink in our mobile home - which all of the plumbing is old and weird! We're stressed out, so I told my husband I was going to go to Home Depot (10 minutes away) WELL!! here I am, confused and unsure of where to start.Gary in plumbing went above and beyond to help me fix my sink! His determination to help me find a solution to a crazy problem, was admirable!

I purchased a RYOBI electric riding lawnmower on Memorial Day. SKY and VALERIE helped with my transaction, but Robbie, Kyle, Billy and Dan (whom I spoke with before going to the store) were all super friendly and willing to help. THANK YOU!!! The positive attitudes from the employees made spending over $3K less painful...LOL I will go back again and it is not the closest store to my home; it was a great shopping experience.
