Just wanted to "shout out" Tamarra ... Sales Cashier ... very pleasant and friendly face at the checkout. Kind words and cherrful smile ... just as it should be.

Brandon at the Hillsborough store provided exceptional guest service. Great prices and deals going on at Home Depot, and close to home. Employees went out of their way to ask if we needed assistance. If anyone has been in a store like this before, you know that is not always the case. It was very refreshing and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service at this home depot. It's not the closest HD in my area but I drive the extra 15 min because this location proves to come on top each visit.

Quality is excellent, and light is pure, no flickering, multiple settings; colors (warm, bright, and daylight), and intensities (low, medium, and high).

We always get help when we are at Home Depot, and we find ways to problem solve just by showing up at the store.

I am very pleased with all the knowledgeable help that I received in the store.

Had an Excellent Experience Today, with the help of Theresa, in Customer Service. She was Focused, Patient, and Attended to Detail in helping to Resolve my Home Depot "Extended" Product Warranty Issue.

I was treated very well by everyone there. Employees looked and acted like they truly enjoyed their job! That says alot! And being a customer, it sure does make it nice.

The employees here are consistently less helpful than at other locations. It makes it difficult to find what I need when in Hillsborough.

The store was spotless and the associates were awesome!! The store opened at 6 am and I was there by 6:30. I was not expecting to see employees in the store that early but they were there, ready and willing to assist. I was in and out in no time. I made my purchase and on time for work by 7am. Great service!!!

The people are very helpful and the store is well stocked up.

I wanted to purchase two shower doors for my recently remodeled bathrooms. The employee in the plumbing/bath department had no interest in helping me at all. He actually told me to come back in a "few weeks" when a new display would be up. I went to another home improvement store the next day, and got the assistance I needed. Sale lost!

I'm very disappointed with home depot on the last two purchases which cost me time and money. Past trips have been great! I did encounter two employees that were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Jessica and Skylar.

Excellent service from both painting and customer service departments

Garden center consistently not staffed to help with questions or assistance with loading on weekdays. Cashier (Austin) very nice but left alone with long check out line.

I really like this store. It's well-stocked, I'm able to find things easily, the staff is really friendly and helpful, and it's clean and organized.

Most unfriendly staff. No one wants to help you find anything. Nothing ever in stock. Employees always standing around with a phone in their hand and when you ask for help act like you're bothering them.

The article being purchased had been showing on sale the previous day. I inquired with a representative in appliances who said the price was still the sale price and that she would hold the refrigerator for me. I arrived that same day and went to check out. The price had gone up, despite what I was told over the phone. I drove almost 2 hours one way to pick up this item. The manager only discounted me $50. On top of that, she refused to honor a military discount.

Curtious, helpful, friendly, and informative employees. The store is also clean and organized.

Made my day with there great service

A few days ago my wife and I were shopping for a new refrigerator (the current one was failing.) The sale staff in the appliance department were very, patient and helpful. Also, the delivery was painless. The guys who delivered knew what they were doing. Thanks to everybody.

Very disappointed in Home Depot because they would not let me use my Veterans Discount with the black Friday offers.The black friday offers were less than my Veterans discount would have been.

The store is clean and well organized.

Terrible service in open garden center by staff who didn’t offer to help until after this older woman pulled down from over 5’ high stack 4 bags of mulch. Then told by checkout clerk to push my cart across entire store to check out as her register had been shut down. Only after I pushed did she contact manager who got it rebooted. Usually service better .

Despite signs and complimentary masks, employees here do not enforce the NC mask mandate for customers. When asked why they don't, employees say "You need to call corporate. We're afraid of being assaulted by our customers." Where is the local management, and are they willing to call on local authorities to assist with public health mandates? And why aren't they calling on corporate support to protect the healhth and well-being not only of their own employees, but also the communities where they do business?

Been to this store multiple times. Every time I have gone I have experienced polite employees and swift and easy transacrions.
