David did a great job understanding the issue I had with the item shipped to me from an internet order. He was able to look up what I wanted and could to see the item was out of stock. Very helpful

The ease which I can get in and out of your store makes it great to shop there. The store is well organized and signage is excellent. I recently picked up bathroom grout and replace my fan grill. Store employees helped me in both cases.

I have found that this store has much more items in stock and the quality is very good.

Bought a toilet on 2/1 at a discount price.

Alyssa went to great lengths to help me setup a homedepot account with my military discount, while under constant interruption from associates and phones before selling me a battery for my truck. While I wasn't completely illiterate of how to set up an account, she certainly passed my tests of intangible competencies. She will help anyone and everyone who needs it. You have an incredible asset, regarding future succession planning.

Purchased a new microwave due to fire in cooking a baked potato in microwave. Was not aware of the number of fires inside microwave until checking on line. Was able to purchase a replacement microwave with quick delivery and installation.

We moved into this store’s area recently and have been very impressed with the friendly and helpful service we receive here. This has definitely become our go-to place for products, advice and support for home improvement projects.

I have consistently been provided professional customer service at this location! Most of the employees are knowledgable in their area. I find this critical since I am not. It makes completing home projects very helpful.

Needed some wood cut to specific lengths as I’m reinforcing my attic storage space and the guys at Home Depot were knowledgeable and helpful. It was great to walk in and have people understand exactly what I was trying to do and help me with getting the right supplies. Now, if I could just get them to come home with me and help complete the job LOL. I have just recently moved to Bluffton, SC and am happy to know this is a helpful store!

I am a frequent shoper at the Bluffton Home Depot. The employes are alwas there to help! All the staff are very friendley and knowledgeable!

We purchased a stove and microwave from this store. It will not be available until August (everyone else gave us the same time frame). Based on our experience with the personnel in the appliance department, we do not anticipate any problems. Their personnel were attentive and very helpful. I would also add that their pricing was a little below other stores. They will be our first stop for future needs.

Home Depot had the washer and dryer Consumer Report recommended. The associate quickly rang up the sale, explained the free hookup and delivery, and underscored steps to take if the appliances did not work properly--excellent customer service!

I bought locks for doors and have been very satisficed with them. I also bought plants that have been less then the competitors and are growing profusely and abundantly

I never, ever have a bad experience in this Home Depot!!!! I’m there quite frequently and often take my granddaughter with me who always called it Hokey Dokey ( she was 3 years old at the time she started calling it this). To this day, we always say we are going to Hokey Dokey and it makes us smile.(my granddaughter is now 6 years old). Needless to say, we love Hokey Dokey !!!!!

We like to go to Home Depot for our projects because they have employees who have the knowledge to help and guide you to the products and items that are needed. We haven't had any problems when we need to return or replace products. From paint, to minor repairs, to larger projects like remodeling a bathroom.

The manager on duty today was exceptionally kind in helping me solve a problem. I was blown away by this experience!

The indoor and outdoor plants purchased Wonderful selection of products all the way down to the LED outdoor light bulbs I Purchased . This is a Home Depot you won't want to miss.

Good store, but parking is a bear. Too many spaces filled with store equipment and storage. Have to drive around and around to find a spot.
