Friendly and knowledgeable associates!

I found the products I needed. Once this popular item was gone, the store had it replenished the next day so I could finish my project in a timely manner.

Associates are always helpful and the store is neat and clean.

Employees always willing to help.

I loaded two carts with shrubs, fertilizer, mulch and landscaping materials. I was immediately offered assistance to push one of the carts by a lady associate. Then at checkout, "RJ" and "William" offered to load my truck. They did so without me asking and did a nice job of securing the load.

I have never went to the store I did all my transaction over the telephone and I have really good result just by using the telephone for ordering products at the store Mrs. Rhoda was great in helping me ordering what I needed.

I was there about a month ago and it was very busy. Someone in the Returns group saw that I was in line, and he was not busy, He called me over and took care of checking me out with my purchases right away. He did not have to do that but he jumped in. I always find that Home Depot has "can do" employees. I am a believer and a stock holder Great job everyone!

It is obviously a good place to work as I know employees that have been there for years! I have been shopping there for the past 16 years when I moved to this area.

I have been to this store several times in the past few weeks to buy items in building materials, electrical, plumbing, and hardware. Every time I Go the store has a large staff of friendly knowledgeable people to assist so I'm in and out quickly. I have to drive a little further to get there but it's well worth it.

Store is clean, well organized with adequate personnel to address customers concerns and assistance needs. Seldom do you have to wait for a response from a store employee.

The only recommendation I would make is for HD to post a sign at check out counter that says something to the effect “have you remembered to use your coupons or discount?” Then old fuds like me would not forget! I have always found this HD to be a very nice place to shop. The employees are professional and helpful. What more can one ask for!

When you go to this Bluffton, SC Home Depot store, you know you most likely will find what you are there to buy. When you have a problem or trouble with looking for something, you know these store employees will go out of their way to help you. As you walk about the store, you cannot help but marvel at how many things exist in this store, how massive their stock must be, how clean and neat they keep everything and how much of a variety there is. When you leave, you know that there will be another time when you will be back in this store getting the same quality treatment for your sales experience. You thank yourself for finding this store, just as the employees have thanked you for visiting with them.

a nice store that is always clean and great products

5-23-19 I bought new blinds for my new home. I gave the department person the exact width of the window openings and told him to cut them 1/4" less, he did not listen to me and cut them to exact size. When my installer tried to put them in they were too wide so this required me to pack them back into my car, return to the store, 15 miles away, and have them cut to proper width. this have been a great inconvenience to my, my installer and has cost me additional money

The employees are the best! Most pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly.

While this location is a smaller than most stores it is well stocked. But the limited parking is a big issue.

Helpful and friendly people work here and do not mind going out of their way to take you to a product you asked them about. They know where everything is and the isle plus side it is located at. Nice.

I would like to see more handicapped parking. Especially near the garden entrance.

Very good store in a very good location. Staff generally very attentive. Like every Home Depot I have shopped in the service is always better early in the morning. After 11am everyone seems to have that, "can not wit to go home" look about them. That is my main complaint with all the big box home improvement stores. The only disappointment I had with my purchase was that the extra 10% off coupon was not useable on my purchase and the $100 Maytag "pair" discount that I was told would be available, turned out not to be available. Anyways, figured that would happen, usually does.

Always helpful. We buy everything needed, including appliances, at the Bluffton store.

I was greeted by every single employee that I saw. All offered to help me or answer any questions I had. The store was clean and well stocked.
