Cashiers are rude and disrespectful to their customers!

Everyone has always been so helpful. All departments I have never once had a bad experience at Honesdale HD.

I don't know if it's the local community our Home Depot is in or if it's the superb hiring practices of the Honesdale, PA Home Depot, but we've got the most friendly, warm and helpful employees of any other Home Depot I've been in within 40 miles.

Store very Clean organized and one or 2 female cashiers are nice on the eyes. The big long light brown hair girl & an older blonde woman

Everyone in customer service are so sweet when you ask them a question and all the store associates are very helpful when you are looking for a particular thing. it't a great store to shop.

Great way to start the spring clean-up, everything you need, good prices and friendly staff.

Promised an item waited a month and they told me they can't get it .then they refunded my money

4/21/19 Store was very clean, needed a little help , no one in the garden center but store had just opened, found what I needed. Karen 6956 00009 76134 at checkout was super friendly and helpful , and with a huge smile first thing in the morning!

The honesdale Home Depot is always such a pleasure to shop! Everyone is friendly ,helpful,knowledgeable and accommodating . Store is very well stocked and I always find what I need.

If you ever need someone to help you with a Kitchen Design, Honesdale Home Depot is the place to go. Jay was such a huge help to us on several different kitchens and was a pleasure to work with.

Have shopped at the Honesdale Home Depot since it opened before that I shopped at the Dickson City location. The employees at the Honesdale location are much friendlier and more willing to help. The bathrooms are always clean

When it comes to Kitchen Design, they are the BEST! Helpful easy to work with and understands what you need in your design. I recommend Chaz for design, he has designed 2 kitchens for me!! All were beautiful designs.

The return department was extremely friendly and very efficient. I'll always shop here.

Great place to shop. Normally have what I'm looking to buy. Friendly staff willing to assist in any way they could along with excellent management. Recommend this store to anyone looking toward a good shopping experience.

The home depot store located in Honesdale is a great store to shop in. I have always found the atmosphere to be friendly. the store was clean. i shop here on a regular basis. i knew what i was looking for and where to find it, and did not need any assistance this time.

It is a pleasure to shop in this store. The sales associates are always helpful.. I had an associate walk me over several aisles just to show me exactly where the item I was looking for was located. You dont find that helpful environment in many stores.

Very nice and helpful.

I was a builder in Long Island and after opening my Resort in Sullivan County I was afraid I would have difficulties with suppliers in a rural area. I was completely wrong! Not only did I find this Homedepot quit capable of handling our projects at Resort they allowed me to start my construction business in this area as well. They make you feel like family but most important get you the service needed to run your business effectively . Thank you to the Honesdale staff! William Zaccari

Most of the time the sales persons are very helpful. As a veteran I appreciate the added respect I get from your employees, and I, in turn, strive to be as polite and respectful them as possible.

Had to wait 2 minutes at an open register for a cashier while she was talking to another cashier by the self check out register. Then she had an attitude and never said thank you. 1/21/19 7:19 PM Cashier Michelle

I recently moved from a 2-bedroom house to a 1 room apartment. It has been a challenge finding storage solutions, etc. I have always found what I needed at the Honesdale store. Christmas was a particularly difficult challenge. I had a 7 ft artificial tree, but that was way too large for my new apartment. The Home Depot had a 3-ft. artificial tree that fit perfectly in the space. It made my Christmas. Thank you.
