Got great customer service from Lisa in Electrical. Really knew her stuff and went out of her way to help.

Such helpful employees and knowledgeable! Helped figure out best appliances for my needs and they did not go directly to the most expensive.

I went to buy lumber and needed a couple of pieces cut. Their saw was not working. A lovely lady mgr name Jo helped resolve the issue. A wonderful young man named Keenan manually cut the lumber with a hand saw. Then, the check out area mgr Harry placed the lumber in my car for me.

Bought Paint stuff for remodeling

We went to Home Depot to buy over $400 in plants. There was no one working in the garden center so we went to customer service. We interrupted the sword fight with rulers at the service desk and asked for help . They told us we had to go back and get all the plants we wanted and bring them back. Once we load everything onto two carts, they checked us out. We had to tell them about the sale. They didn’t offer to help load the plants into the truck. At our own Home Depot, in Nebraska, the garden center has several very helpful employees who always offer to help us load things.

Between the E. Howard Store and Pflugerville, I can usually find what I need. Love shopping at both of them and always spend way more than I planned on!!

Don't usually shop at this location but staff were helpful, friendly, and available.

I have always appreciated the consistency in service and product availability at THD. Last summer I was in OKC helping my mom transition to assisted living and when I walked into THD there, it was like I was back home. This year I am moving between cities and this Home Depot is the same as the city I am leaving. That translates to an organization you can count on. This store has particularly friendly people. Lynn D. is one of those individuals. Several people in this store go the extra mile and sincerely want to help. Thank you for being there when I needed you!

The other day they helped me load cinder blocks into my station wagon twice in one day, and they were very respectful and friendly.

This store is convenient. The people are courteous and helpful. Lots of contractors shop here, so you know they have product.

The locations is very convenient. I purchased a tool chest and some other items here. The staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my purchase worked correctly, helped load it into my truck, and were very gracious. Thank you Brian and Me!

I came into this store for 3 things, and was able to get all 3 items, with the help of the employees. They were very informative and knew what i was talking about! Everything was in stock and I didnt have to go searching for anything.

My most recent trip was exemplary. I was greeted by the staff with smiles that reached their eyes above their masks. I was recognized by several staff members from previous visits and inquired how they could be of service this visit. Everyone was friendly, attentive, courteous, and helpful. Excellent and friendly service the old Texas way! They directed me to what I was looking for quickly. When the item I needed was not in the location, the employee that first helped me spotted me coming back his way, he alerted the Assitant manager to my search goals. The assistant manager, Chris, too was heading to his break but personally was there to help me locate my items. After locating the major item I was looking for he waited with me until the crew with the forklift arrived to get it off the pallet on the top shelf. Additionally, he secured someone to be available to load my car after I checked out. Everyone involved: from walking in assorted employee greetings and assistance to forklift crew, to check out, to the person loading my car....all were friendly, helpful, and kind. It is a rare thing these days to have such customer service experiences. Thank you all Howard Lane Home Depot! WELL DONE!!

Incompetent clowns! If you call this store prepare for a telephone fiasco. Apparently nobody knows nothing! You best bet is to ask for the manager on duty to get anything done ...or shop at the L word home improvement store.

I only shop at the Howard Lane store because I am very happy with their customer service.

The employees here were remarkably helpful. They made phone calls, drove a forklift, and gave us a new-mover discount despite the fact that I had thrown away the discarded coupon! We will definitely be relying on this Home Depot more in the future!

Ask for Richie, in the wood/construction area if you need class A customer service. Also note: Tom, one of the supervisors apparently, was very kind and seemingly right on top of things as well! Keep up the great service guys!
