I’ve been going to Home Depot once or twice a week since it opened. My wife and I are always fixing something or adding new features to our home and garden. We bought tools and hardware, purchased building supplies, appliances, built a shop in the back yard, added a shed on the back, and filled the yard with accent plants, put in a pond and fountain, added a deck, and upgraded our old sprinkler system.

5 star employee - a major asset

I have been shopping here for all my house hold and garden needs. HD built my house. I like to use the zero % interest programs. This allows me to buy more than I would normally do.

Very clean and well organized store. Friendly staff that stops to see if you need anything.

Cashier (Danielle) couldn’t get my purchases rang up properly and was just plain rude.

This store is very clean and for the most part always has what I need

No one was present in the garden department and I needed a battery to be unlocked. Three calls were made for assistance and no one arrived. I went to the customer service desk and a friendly employee went to the manager's office to get a key to unlock the battery. It took 30 minutes from the time I started looking for the battery to the time it was unlocked.

Everyone was respectful and greeted me at the door. Especially great thanks to John for assisting me as well

She took time out of her day to help me fix an issue and she did it with a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude. I wish every employee at THD would use her as an example of excellence in customer service!

Don't always have what I need. Most employees are friendly and some are even knowledgeable!

I have handicapped license plates and can't easily lift large items. The large joint compound buckets are palletized and easy to load on lumber carts. Also, the carts are at a good height to easily slide the buckets into the back of a smaller SUV back end.

I was trying on reading glasses when a cashier came over and just stared at me, I asked her what she wanted and see said don't take it personal. She acted like I was trying to steal the glasses. This was the second time an employee has harassed me while shopping at this store.

I purchased lumber to build a rabbit cage and Steve in lumber offered to cut all the lumber to my specific lengths, and did it with a smile and a thank you for shopping at Home Depot

Best Home Depot I've ever shopped at!

I already wrote about this in the survey but I'm gonna mention it again here because I want to make sure that something is done about this! The employee named Konnor was rude and asked me if I was North Korean, and I told him no that I'm Chinese, and he said "Oh that's good because North Korean people are planning on blowing up the store" I am still OUTRAGED because that is so wrong to think he can say things like that to me just because I'm an Asian woman! His breath also reeked of alcohol and he was slurring his words so he was clearly intoxicated. I was surprised when guest services told me that he was a manager! I'm definitely going to report this to the district manager!

Badly need an ice machine so that we can purchase ice bags at the store.

So I came in to get some paneling I went online before I came to Huntsville and looked at the paneling and the prices so I got there and they told me to go to the aisle which I did and they didn't have it so I asked a lady for help she acted like she was to good and didn't care and a nice lady for the cooling section walked with us and thank us And she said she was sorry we got to the register and a nice man Mike was amazing he was so friendly and nice and welcome all his customers Shout-out to Mike !! Thank you

Every time I go to this store it is clean, well-stocked, and organized. The staff are always very helpful. They never brush me off pointing into a remote location.

Always find what we need. If we don’t, they order it.

Huntsville's Home Depot is a great store with helpful and friendly staff. I rarely can't find what I am looking for in there.

First time buying paint and Jacob was an incredibly friendly and helpful employee. Please give him a bonus!

I had trouble finding an aisle and this worker named Ana from the flooring department helped me so much even took my big vacuum to the front to check out. She was super nice and friendly!
