A store cannot possibly carry everything that a person needs because an item may be too specific. However, whenever I can't find what I'm looking for, the employees in that department are always happy to look online to find it for me.

In past months, my online "for pickup " orders at this HD were unsatisfactory due to items NOT being ready for immediate customer pickup and expedient departure. Multiple employees stood idle in the extra-busy store. But this time, despite employees' busy-ness, employees helped me in several ways. This was most pleasing: store personnel HAD pulled heavy items (48# bags of sand) and a water hose from inventory prior to my arrival on-site. My ordered items were labeled with my name, ready to be transferred to me for the pickup-- in fewer than 10 minutes! Job well-done!

This store is always very clean, well staffed with friendly, helpful people, and nearly always has what I'm looking for.

Huntsville store clean and well stocked. The employees, cashiers, and managers very friendly, polite, and very helpful. Huntsville store is one that should be used as example to follow!!!

Jason from the Pro Desk is always willing to do whatever it takes to help me. Lisa from the Pro Desk team does whatever it takes to help me get out of the store so I can get back to work no matter how bad she has to Pee! William- Prodesk... Tries to make sure I have all items pertaining to my project every time I visit. I was go to him whenever I need to figure materials because he is super good at math! Known Jenny on the MET team for like...since the store opened, and she is alway in a great Mood. I Consistently ask her where stuff is because I know she knows where it is. Sleven and Jose help me all the time to load the truck no matter how many bags of concrete I have on the cart.! James at Millworks... i’ve never seen anybody pour their heart out into a clients needs like him. Extremely knowledgeable about his department. I love to check out with Maria at the consumer front. Always in a great mood!

Very neat and clean mostly well stocked

Poor customer service. No attempt to resolve installation problem. When I advised the store manager that the installers didn't even haul the old appliance off, she seemed to not understand why I wanted that refunded to my account I won't even buy bark mulch from this store.

We have always enjoyed shopping at our hometown Home Depot in Huntsville, TX. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a friendly gesture and asked if I need any help or need to know where something is and if I have a question there’s always an employee around the corner to answer it for and help me figure out how I can fix the problem very knowledgeable great service

Super good store with staff. BenCro Mechanical LLC. Ierie from customer service helped me with a large return. ASM helped when I entered the store! Lisa @ Prodesk forgo a restroom break to help me check out and get out. William @ the Prodesk has helped me for years and years!

I placed order by phone. I talked to 2 people before I was directed to the Lisa at pro desk. They were all very friendly and helpful. Great service! Thank you Lisa very taking special care of my order!

Embarrassing. Incompetent employees.

I needed some cuts made in dimensional lumbar I purchased at this store. The associate who made the cuts was efficient and friendly. I was in and out of the store in half the time I estimated would be required.

I am a female amateur carpenter. I have several complaints. When I need good wood, I can't seem to find it here. I use 2x4s, 2x2s and 2x6s generally. so much product has mold stains I can't sand past, huge knots and cracks, and the wood is sometimes so warped I can't use it. I usually have to buy too much wood so there's a lot of waste on crappy pieces when I cut off the bad stuff. I was told by HD employee that I shouldn't expect to build furniture out of HDs stock, this is builder grade product. Well, Your competitor carries wood that's much more desireable. My second complaint is when I need something, it's on the website not in store. Usually I do things when I feel like it, and I'd like to purchase your product that day. I don't like having to seek for it online, then wait for days. But that's just me. Maybe if I were a professional carpenter, I could accept this. But.....

The store was very clean and its easy to fine what your looking fore . The cashier Rhonda was very nice and helpful.

The store is loaded with products and sales items. Pro Desk staff helpful and associates in store know where to point you to the products you are seeking.

Went into the store today to purchase a door and three door knobs and have them re-keyed to fit my current locks. The only gentleman that knew how to do this was Phil and he just clocked out to go home. He walked up and asked if I needed help because another employee asked him about the task. Phil was kind enough to try and help me even though he was not on the clock. He is very customer oriented and a great asset to the company because he is excellent with customer care. The stores 3 pin sets were missing pins he needed for my locks. Phil then suggested that if I wanted to upgrade to the kwik-set smart key and he would reset those for me. I took him up on it and I am very grateful for his help and devotion to helping customers. A great big THANK YOU to Phil.

Don’t go to Home Depot till after 10 there is no registers open except check yourself The employees in the morning seem they could care less if you are there

Overall the store in Huntsville is a friendly and busy store, the lumber quality is sub par IMO but most lumber stores are as well so I'm not bashing them on this. Prices are a little pricey but compared to their close competition fair, staff are always friendly, selection and variety are good.

This store is the right store to go to.. if you find the right person to help you.. If you get the younger generation , forget it.. they know nothing.. When I roll into this store . I normally look for James G.. This guy knows everything...not very many employee's like him left in this world..5 stars off to him..
