This used to be a great store to shop at, but it has really gone downhill. Not sure what has happened, but, I won't be going there anymore. Yesterday was the final straw. I went there to buy a couple of things to help my husband out as he was up on a ladder scrapping and working on our house. First, a pressure treated 4x4x10ft. There were 3 young male employees just standing around. When I asked for help, they started arguing about who was going to help me. They were saying things like...I had the last one, it's your turn, etc.,....Second, I couldn't even get to the items I needed because the aisle was completely blocked with contractors carts full of items for the upcoming week and pallets of items to go with it. Third, have you ever had to buy screws in the Nuts and Bolts aisle. I had to get some replacement screws that I had been given the measurements 8mm x 24mm. Well, all the screws are now in inches. I asked a cashier to have an employee come assist me, I heard her page on overhead. I waited. Another customer came along, told me to use my phone to convert the "mm" to inches. Then he said there should be a book I could use to correlate the inches to the size listed on the bag of screws but we couldn't find the book at first. Eventually we located the book under a box of product. I left the area, 12 minutes after arriving, thanking the kind stranger because no employee ever showed up to help me. Fourth, after checking out, I asked if there was someone to help me load the lumber in my truck, I was told NO. I said what? I was informed that they were short staffed and there was no one to help load trucks. I'm a 62 yr old disabled woman, thankfully, I had guardian angels in the parking lot who helped me load the lumber into my truck. My husband was rather upset when I got home. He was so sorry that he sent me. If he had know that this was going to happen, he would have gone himself. He had assumed that the Home Depot employees would provide the quality of customer service that has been demonstrated in the past.

Worst customer service I've experienced.

This Home Depot is the very best in the KC area! The staff here are excellent. The store is always clean and clutter free. The inventory is perfect, they always have plenty of what I need. Chandra, the manager, has done a nice job managing this store.

I had the very best experience in this store with a very knowledgeable man working in the plumbing department. He was a plumber himself. It’s really nice to have experienced people there to help customers. I appreciated it so much!

It's impossible to get someone to help you find anything. I usually pull it up on the phone to find the out where a product is located. Also if the website shows they have a number if items remaining you can pretty much guarantee it's wrong. If you buy mass quantity of a certain item and need help loading you can pretty much guarantee no one will be around to help you. I waited over 30 minutes to get help loading 40 bags of mulch.

Joanna in the Lawn and Garden area was really helpful with helping me pick the right products for my project! Very friendly and says hello when I return to the store. Great service!

I had a health issue at this store. One of the employees saw my condition and rushed to help me. I am a Diabetic. She made sure I was comfortable. Got me a candy bar. Did my shopping while I was sitting on a tool box. Escorted me to the checker and made sure I was OK. This employee is an example of a person at their best. Thank you Home Depot for hiring this Young Lady.

The Staff is always very helpful even when there is more than one item I need to find They Have helped me do several improvements to my house. I am pleased with the outcome. The store is always well stocked and clean

Store had everything in stock I needed to build a deck, stairs, and fence. I paid for everything at once and picked up material as needed. Store was neat and orderly. Employees were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient.

The sales associates were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire store no matter what department where I requested assistance.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience looking for a washer and dryer. Carl the sales associate who helped us was so very friendly and knowledgeable of the items we were looking at. Carl was so friendly and helpful we will make sure that we see Carl for our next appliance purchase.

Easy to get in and out. Love the self check-outs. Love using the app to take me straight to the items I need.

Helpful and nice employees!

I went to exchange propane bottles. This should have been 10 minutes in and out but turned into 30. You have to enter the store to pay even though the propane kiosk is supposedly self serve. Why is there not an option to pay at the kiosk instead of walking the length of the store. Once I had my receipt the computer took several minutes to identify a bin with a "full" cylinder. The bin that opened had an empty cylinder. I used the "Call Associate" on the kiosk computer screen. After 5 minutes a message appeared stating that the kiosk was out of order. So I had to renter the store and stand in line at the help desk. I can't say the employee was unfriendly, but she did not even acknowledge me just took my receipt grabbed some keys and started walking outside. Once there other than opening the cage she offered no other assistance other than to point out that the full cylinders had a blue cap on them.

They have upped their game. Clean store, VERY helpful employees and we didn't have to track them down, they came to US!! Improvement each time we go in. Great store.

This store had everything I needed at very good price.

The shelves in the electrical section were BARE which looked clean, but BARE. It is hard to find someone to help you, especially the day we went in. The 3 employees that helped us were OVER the top helpful, but the rest were absolutely HORRIBLE. We spend ALOT of money at this store but we did not have a good experience this time.

The store is always friendly and helpful, the selection of products is fantastic and easy to find. The Covid - 19 precautions are very professional and greatly appreciate to keep us all safe .

The store was clean and the product easy to find it.

We went to Home Depot after purchasing a dishwasher from another store and they didn't have it and had us expecting it for 4 weeks. We arrived at Home Depot ready to do without a dishwasher if we couldn't find one there. Carl, the salesperson, showed us all he had that could be delivered within a week. Out of those the choice was hard, but Carl explained about each dishwasher, where the parts came from, which ones had a history of prolonged wait and so on. We purchased a dishwasher on Saturday the 12th of Dec and it was delivered and installed today the 16th. This store and this man, Carl, did as promised and not promised what he couldn't deliver.

Great shopping experience today. Ask for associate Aaron from Garden, he was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and even went and got me a cart and I wasn't even in the garden dept. Truly a super star employee.

The employees are very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. I had to interact with a couple of people and they were great.
