I've been shopping at the Home Depot for over 5 yrs. I purchase all my lawn care equipment, plants, home improvement, repair projects and always get great return policy and quality on items I purchase.

I bought a planter and was charged the wrong price and the manager Oscar and the clerk Pablo assisted with making a correction and they did not give me any push back. It was a very refreshing change from sales staff.

Angela is a really good worker!

sometimes it's hard to find someone to give you information or answer a question, and when you're told someone is on the way, it still can take longer than I want.

I have bought many good tools in this store

Store was clean, the employees knew the products and were knowledgeable. The associate that helped us have us information that we were not expecting to know but it was helpful.

I just got through spending $25+K at this location because of one employee, Marissa at the ProDesk. This is the way employees should be, friendly, kind,generous and professional. She made my experience exceptional as I had problems daily and she made everything work smoothly. If you have a huge project or a small one, she will do back flips to make you happy!

When you need help you can actually find a staff member more than willing to help you. Items are fully stocked shelves are never empty

We had great service at the Indio location, which is not our local store but had the items we were looking for. Ricardo's help in the Garden Shop was top-notch. The other two employees we encountered were also very helpful and friendly.

We came on Tuesday morning to pick up some item that we were told was available just to find out they didn't have it and them the cashier Martina at the pro desk very rude and confrontational putting our stuff away from our reach very nasty attitude yelling so others could hear her and yes we responded back. I won't recommend anyone to this Home Depot.

Yes I would recommend this store. I”m surprised to find that these workers don”t get tired helping customers entering the store and directing them towards there needs and that spells “ how doers get more done at the Home Depot “. I LOVE ❤️ this store and will definitely come back more often - Anthony -

I frequent this store almost daily due to my home repair business. Very rarely do I not find what I need. Employees are very helpful

I went to the Home Depot on 10/06/20 to purchase some blinds. I had a specific measurement but the associate helping me told me it would fit based on my measurements and that I could come back the next day to have them cut shorter if needed. Unfortunately, the blinds didn’t fit. I went back on 10/07 to have them cut. I arrived at 5:50pm and immediately requested assistance, I was told to wait by the blinds area and an associate would be with me. 20 minutes passed, no one showed up. I went to the customer service desk to request assistance in the blinds area, and while waiting patiently for 10 minutes, one employee looked like she didn’t care to be there, and while waiting there were a total of 6 employees at the customer service desk, 3 of them doing absolutely nothing, I was told that both the employees covering that area were out on lunch at the same time. I requested if there as anyone else that could cut my blinds, they proceeded to take another 10 minutes to try and find someone, only to come back to tell me that there’s no one, instead of telling me to come back later on, or the next day. I left, I tried calling the store manager, waited for 12 minutes, only to be told that he was outside loading a car and I could call back in 10 minutes (no one cared to take my number and have him call back). I went back on 10/08 at 5:30, went straight to the customer service desk, the same employee (woman) with colored hair helped me again, she didn’t even try to call anyone in the department, instead she spoke to an employee that was next to her, and that employee proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t get them cut the same day, there was nothing they could do. Staying calm, I told her that the associate that helped me on 10/06 said I could come back if I needed them cut shorter. She then told me that there was no one in the department to help me, not once did I see her call the department. I proceeded to tell them how ridiculous it was that I’ve come back 2 days in a row, only to have the same issue. I requested to have a refund instead of waiting for this charade to figure itself out. It’s ridiculous to think Home Depot has been in business this long and cannot iron out the same issues that plague many of their stores.

Had a good visit today, fully stocked items and camilia was very helpful.
