Most definitely enjoy coming to this store than others around the valley and the staff is great but let me tell you all that Victoria the cashier was magnificent and really does her job great. Enjoyed getting help by her and came back to her when I was done ! 100% pleased by her, such a great energy it’s contagious ((:

This store is great always has the things that I need unlike some other Home Depot’s in the area the staff is pretty knowledgeable and Israel in the window and door department is phenomenal so friendly answered all my questions directed me and showed me where the things that I needed were and how to use them much appreciated thank you Israel

The associates at the Customer service desk are great! I was also able to find everything I needed and the store shelves were well stocked. I would definitely shop here again.

Store was very clean and have a good amount of employees who are very polite and respectful I really enjoyed my experience.

I am always working on my garden and Home Depot is always my first option; and that’s because their employees are always willing to help when something is to heavy or I can’t find something. They provide an excellent service!

This store is usually well stocked with merchandise. The staff are friendly and courteous. It typically isn't too difficult to find an employee to assist if required.

So here’s the deal, north Indio Homedepot has some of the most amazing professional associates I’ve come across. Starting at your store entrance with Matio then you have Don , Scott, Gordon , Veronica, Dominic & and others. Each one that I’ve mentioned are truly exceptional customer service representatives. Short and sweet THANKS gratitude .

Even though I've never won anything doing the sweepstakes I do like to do them because it let you guys know that you are the top warehouse store to go to.

When in the store, ask for MARIA GANDARA!!! She's the best help ever and tell her FAB says hello. PAY IT FORWARD!!!

Please just don't fill positions with bodies. Pay the folks that have experience like you all used to. When you all were a blue chip company. Train your personnel in emotional intelligence. If you weren't so close to me, I would go to Lowe's. Train again and again. Its not yet a habit with your employees.

In my experience at the north indio Homedepot, if you want to have the best service experience. Have associates ( Matio) (Don) or( Scott) assist you. You’ll definitely return for the satisfaction in the best customer experience. Tell them “Willie” said So # the best....

Store Manager Needs to learn when it is appropriate to give something away in order to receive better business..

Having visited several different Home Depot locations in the past many years, I have found several to be lacking in helpful staff members. There is either a shortage of staff working the floor or the ones available are not always helpful (perhaps because they are over burdened due to being shorthanded). The Indio location is always a much more pleasant place to shop and the staff are very helpful.

While my "home" store is comfortable and I've gotten to know many of the staff who've stayed around over the years since it opened, the Indio store is far and away the one with the friendliness staff, a great supply (never seem to be out of any items), clean, well organized and staff have a genuine interest in customers; from the return staff, cashiers and floor associates. Impressive.

All the employees are very helpful and pleasant. I always find what I need, and never have trouble finding help when needed.

The stor was clean the employees friendly don in appliances was helpfull and fun to work with. The only down side was when i told them i am a military veteran. Then i was told that home depot offers a 10% up to 50.00 dollers we bought a dishwasher 10% is great discount up to 50.00 dollers not much of a discount in the end.

The best store. Simply my second home. Products are right where they need to be. Employees always know what isle has what I need so I do t run circles. Has everything you need to make the job easy.
