Best shopping experience for me definitely coming back next time to get more tools

These are some of the most HAPPIEST AND BEAUTIFUL SPIRITS PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN THE RETAIL BUSINESS. I WORKED IN RETAILING FOR YEARS AND MY STORES HAVE NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS STORE. IS THIS A JOKE ARE YALL RENTING PEOPLE AS SALES ASSOCIATES FOR PROPS!!

Purchased many items this year for an addition to include maple Kraftmaid cabinets and quartz countertops, carpet, bath fixtures, etc. My project came out beautifully with the help of the experts at Home Depot. Ordered many things on line and consequently had several returns. Not one problem.

Just wanted to say our cashier, Mary, at the Lane Avenue location went above and beyond and took the time to be helpful and make us happy. She gave u great customer service!

I will never go into this Home Depot again! I will drive miles out of my way to get some form of customer service. This store has none. There are usually no cashiers open but today there was one and she was horrible. She did not know how to do even the simplest part of her job like bag what we bought.

I have yet to experience a bad shopping experience at this store.

I had a terribly frustrating experience at Home Depot, particularly with store manager Ms. Bernie at the 6346 Lane Avenue, Jacksonville location. Despite their promise to provide an additional for equipment rental discount due to an employee (bill) mistake, they failed to honor it. Ms. Bernie store manager was incredibly uncooperative and unhelpful, exacerbating my already bad experience. I've encountered issues with my Pro perks not being honored multiple times at this location, and each time

Went in recently to buy a refrigerator and a range. The associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We needed a push mower and Gary from outside lawn and garden assisted us greatly and sandy our cashier made our checkout effortless

The older black woman over the washer and dryer area on 9/22/23 9:30am was very rude when I asked for help

Very frustrating to have gone through this bad experience. The manager accused me of being a thief and I had paid everything. I even showed him my receipt and called security. People recorded while he claimed that I was a thief. They kept me for a long time. I have my purchase receipt. They discriminated against me.

While it was too early for me to eat a hot dog this trip, several contractors told me that if I got a chance, I simply must try the hot dog stand just outside the store. They all choose the Lane Avenue store to pick up supplies because they can get a great lunch at a relatively cheap price at the same time. Even my son-in-law was bragging about them. The service in Home Depot is quick enough so that they have time to actually eat the hot dog before cranking up to leave the parking lot.

I have always had amazing experiences at this location. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. If they do not know an answer of the top of their head, they find it.

The Home Depot #6346 on Lane Avenue in Jacksonville, FL for my needs is the best store for having the items in stock.

Hands down amazing service every time!

My experience at this particular store was very good in that I was able to quickly find an associate to assist me. They actually walked me over to the exact spot in the hardware dept to locate my item instead of just giving me an aisle number which would have been okay too,

#1 hardware store! Employees are great & it is not difficult to find exactly what you need

I purchased a dishwasher recently and Home Depot associate Pam, Sales Person number PSG9UJ was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick the product and provided all explanations and paperwork I needed.

greatest selection of plants in garden. Gary in garden was a perfect 10, helped us load many bags of mulch and large grapefruit tree with a smile.

Great selection of garden supplies, plants, and planters. Also great for any "I need it right now" tools or supplies. I have visited home appliances and lighting fixtures and made choices based on Home Depot delivering or installation.

A customer standing in line behind my wife and I were placed in front of us to complete a transaction. I explained my frustration to the cashier, Diana, after she asked me how was my day going. She was very nonchalant and replied with a smart remark.

Really appreciate being able to rent equipment from Home Depot instead of having to buying something I only need once. Associate was helpful guiding me on which item would work best for my task.

I bought Patio door, bath tub and tub sidings. Ms. Jourdan help us a lot and Ms.bath tub associate too that looks like the R&b singer "Brandy" and the cashier, they are not just beautiful, smiling face, and accomodating but very nice and kind. They treat us so nice. unbelievable. Thats why i will really want to do this survey.

This store is very well stocked and has more employees avail to answer questions. I was in and out of store quickly because staff directed me to the items I needed. Thank you!
