I had a pleasant experience shopping at the Downtown Jamaica, L.I. Home Depot. The staff were competent and helpful, and courteous and friendly, The store was clean and well stocked. The exterior of the store had no graffiti on it and there was none in sight in the immediate vicinity.

Out of all the time I've gone to home Depot to shop have I never experienced discrimination in any of the stores except for this one where the register attendant makes an assumption of my appearance and age group. I would never come here again and I don't recommend anyone else to unless you who like to be violated

I find there everything I need.

Impossible to get any help or anybody to unlock anything for you. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Your tools last a very long time

Anytime I go to this Home Depot I always get what I want, they never lack in things to buy. I like the salespeople and cashiers even though I go to the self check area and am in and out.

The pro desk like a rest home, nobody care about customers. They didn’t finish the check out process then go chatting

I wish the employees were more helpful, friendly and professional. I think they should receive some sort of training in the field of Customer Service. Some stuffs are very rude which disappoint the customers.

The employees at this store is very helpful most of the time. There are times that more of them could be on the floor, but overall they are available most of the time and are very helpful.

Customer service and floor personnel’s attitude has greatly improved. I did find the latex gloves I was looking for though they were not in stock on my last visit there a month ago.

Very easy to get to, it's in a good location, there were no huge long lines @ the store. Self-checkout woman was extremely helpful.
