Went in to buy some spray paint. The employee who came to help was very impatient. Rushed into picking out the colors i wanted. My partner wanted some paint pens which were right there and he clearly heard us discussing them. Immediately we were quickly escorted to check out sans paint pens, while the employee stated “I HAVE to walk you guys to the register” like we were criminals. I would like to mention that while he walked us to the register he left the lock cage to the spray paint OPEN for anyone to help themselves. No smiles or have a good day from anyone. I did self checkout it was the best part of the trip. Ps one of the spray paint cans was a dud and will be returning!!

I come here often for a myriad of different things to keep my projects going. Micheal Storm is always there to help, and I would recommend his assistance to anyone who wishes to shop there.

The employees that they do have are friendly. Would be nice if they paid a living wage to attract more people. Sad that THD is so anti-union.

The patio furniture had an outstanding deal.

I didn't have any employees crawling up my butt to get me to purchase items not needed. They were helpful when approached but otherwise let me shop without any hassle or pressure to buy unwanted or needed items.

Manny was so knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely go back to this store for our future home projects!

I was shopping on 2/2/2022 at night, it was the time they almost close, and the store manager was so nice to helping out for my problem! I would highly recommend people to shop at this location and wish him will get more benefits from Home Depot personally! I’m so appreciate.

We keep going back because you have what we need and staff who are willing to help.

I do business in both L.A. & Portland & shopping in the Jensen Beach Home Depot has been absolutely a great experience. The customer service in the store overall is great but the service at the pro desk is above and beyond, the LA stores could take notes. Mike especially has made my life so much less stressful. His professionalism excellent customer service, product knowledge coupled with his attention to detail, always making sure I get all the products needed to finish a job correctly without numerous trips to Home Depot is greatly appreciated .The savings in time and stress is invaluable Thank you Mike your the best!

Exceptional customer service from walking in to the store to being thanked for shopping by a delightful cashier named Linda. The store was very clean and stocked. We went for paint, the paint center employees were so helpful. We will be going back for sure!

I ordered from Hillsboro, but this store had more in stock, so my order shipped from here. They rescheduled the delivery to an inconvenient time so I called to re-reschedule. Was told they couldn’t reschedule- even though I was calling because they did. Eventually, got that straightened out. But the order was being split. The split was going to have the first item needed delivered last. After resolving all that, was told I would get a 10-15% discount for the hassle. Then on the promised delivery date, nothing showed up. Called late that day and was reassured it would arrive. Turns out it was a holiday that they didn’t deliver on. Next day called and was told they had no idea how it was scheduled for then, the next delivery date was 3 weeks out. After a bit of discussion they found a slot 1 week later. When the bulk of the items arrived, all the small stuff had been encased in the spray foam that I had ordered. Then when I called they refused to redeliver in less than 3 weeks and forced me to repurchase. Then wouldn’t refund me the money until they picked up the damaged goods at least a week later. Then they didn’t refund me even then. They required me to drive to 45 min to take in the card I used. Even with all 4+ issues, they forced me to go out of my way (costing me at least 3 hours) and never once offered more than the original 10% discount (the lowest of what I was offered at the first issue.)

great place to go to but not on a holiday weekend

I would like to give kudos to Lilly who helped us purchase a storm door and set up delivery and installation. She was very tolerant and knowledgeable.

Ruth (Head cashier) not a manager as she falsely claimed was extremely rude to my elderly mom who is partially visually impaired. Ruth was agitated with all customers today directing them to self checkout when she directed my mom to a check stand and my mom simply asked a question which one? She rudely yelled at her with being snappy and rolled her eyes and nodded her head in disbelief behind my moms back witnessed by another store assoc and myself. I confronted Ruth who became loud and rude with me denying what she did.. I called her out on it proving I had a witness and witnessed myself.. I asked for a store manager and she lied saying she was the manager! She yelled at me saying “I’m sorry!!! What more do you want!?! “ She is a disgrace to the store handling a person with disabilities this way and her customers in this rude manner .

This store is always very busy, but it is also stocked with what you need.

This store goes above and beyond for their customers. Even though I made the wrong order, they fixed it and refunded me as promised.

The associates delivered items to me that were heavily damaged on the outside and they didn't care to inspect them and just dropped them off. I inspected them and they items were broken in half and the marks on the boxes clearly showed where the forks of the forklift had picked them up and damaged them and then the boxes were just re-taped. Associates should inspect for damage and be proactive. It was then a struggle to re-order the items which has never happened before. Finally, trying to reach Customer Service through the website doesn't exist as emails are sent directly back so there is no paper trail - they want you to phone in.

The store offers several extras above and beyond their excellent service. They have dedicated parking not only for people who are physically challenged but also for Veterans. I am one. Also, the store offers a ten percent discount on everything I purchase. What a respectful touch. In addition to the discount, when I identify myself as a Veteran I not only get that discount but without fail and to a person, every cashier has thanked me for my service. It is indeed a pleasure to shop at the Janzen Beach Home Depot. "Doc"

Friendly staff, solutions oriented. It does not feel like the staff is being bothered when I ask them for help, returning items is also very easy, which can be a hassle at other hardware stores.
