The associates as a whole at this store are more knowledgeable and willing to help than other stores that I visit. Raven and Jeneane are ROCKSTARS and go above and beyond all the time helping me or other customers ahead of me. Thanks store #4007

For the most part this is one of the better locations. Most of the employees are very helpful

Even tho this store is a little farther from my base I always go the the Jantzen Beach to do my shopping.

Great place to visit for all projects, big or small

What I noticed was that this store was well stocked on the new Ryobi Tools. It was a very large store.

I do a lot of buying at this particular Home Depot!!! it’s usually got everything I need

Good clean, well stocked store, helpful management and personnel. Definitely my main go to in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Friendly personnel, clean and very organized including the locating of overstock. Also finding associate assistance was effortless and supportive of genuine concern for my needs.

I usually find what I want at this store and it is closer to me than Vancouver store. I like the people who work here and am getting to know them better. Because so many shop here I sometimes find it crowded and what I want is out of stock but staff is good about helping me substitute. The only downside is getting back on the freeway and home.

I enjoy this store location. It’s clean and most of the staff is pretty knowledgeable about product in the store. My only complaint would be how often I get to the register, and there is no price/sticker on my item. It can occasionally slow down my check out process. Otherwise, I like the people and the atmosphere a lot. I’ll definitely be back.

Iaccident accidentally did the survey for the Jantzen Beach Store but I had to return the faucet I brought to the home depot in Vancouver by Costco off Andresen- please make sure they know Megan is sending and she was an outstanding help. I'm single. I don't fix things so redoing a faucet can be intimidating. She had great knowledge and was spectacular with helping.

It appears The Home Depot is doing very well with their recruiting and employee training. The guys in the paint dept. were great, and Ted in hardware is a seasoned vet in DIY and customer service.

Dean in kitchen remodeling was amazing. He managed my kitchen remodel project for 3 months and helped me with everything, went above and beyond and I have an amazing kitchen now. Thanks dean.

Unhelpful employees and lack of inventory

HD EMPLOYEE FOUND MY ITEM DESPITE NOT BEING ON DISPLAY. FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT!!

Most often, the items I need are in stock. The crew actively ask me if I need help. This is a change from a year or so ago. I give them 5 stars for customer care.

Lack of employee use of PPE and lack of employee adherence to social distancing protocols. HD should invest in properly training their employees and commit to social betterment by showing genuine concern for public health. Hello...pandemic...does HD care???

Great customer service and always seems to be stocked

Be careful when you use gift cards. Some cashiers do not give you back the gift card if it has a balance. They tell you the receipt is good enough to use.

Even in these trying time the employees were helpful, courteous and professional.

got basically accused of stealing after buying over $1000 of product. treated unprofessionally. disappointed.
