My skill saw blades haven't been stocked all week. But I had excellent customer service.

I had great help and got what I wanted in the appliance section.

The price is awesome and lots of display all you need is there but one of the employee Ive encountered so rude.

The cashier is annoying, I'm checking out all my stuff and she keep on asking me the price of the items "how much this?" Oh geez! Cashier name Gertrudes I'm sorry Home Depot but please choose the right one to be your cashier and she even forgot to give me all my stuff coz she's busy talking to her personal phone and and take note I am the one who get my stuff inside the register coz she's busy laughing and talking to her phone.

I had a very poor experience with Home Depot in Juneau about 12 years ago, but my recent experience has all been positive. The staff are mostly eager to help, although a little more cross training between departments would make them even more capable. There is a bit of a problem with the way the store is stocked. In some cases the boxes of product high above the bins are poorly marked or not located near the appropriate bin. So finding items in stock but not shelved can be tedious. However, a young man named Erik was able to find the product I needed through sheer perseverance. He is an exemplary employee.

The cashier named MILES not friendly and helpful. He even don't want to bag all my things I bought.

Store was just fine. Employees like Steve makes shopping experience worthwhile.

It was great, we are building a new appartment. Home Depot had everything we were looking for. and it was pretty easy to find. The employees were helpful and kind.
