Walter is so quick to ask if I need help finding anything every time I am in the store. He can quickly find anything and everything I need and can also offer helpful advice on how to use what I'm purchasing.

Again, I am impressed - and I got my $50.00 I forgot in the cash dispenser. I want to thank Kyndra and Molly (I hope I remembered their names correctly). Anyway, an associate and the other an office worker. They both remember the event from the previous day. Who would think the money would still be there. Pat and Sierra helped me out during my checkout, They were patient and very knowledgeable. Sierra took her time to understand my concerns and find a solution. Pat made sure that I received all the discounts that I was entitled to and helped me sign up for a PRO account.

The associates at this store are always happy to find you the best value and assist with ensuring you got everything you needed to do th job!

We visited doors and windows department to purchase an exterior door for our kitchen The Associate was able to make this process smooth and he was very pleasant to work with.

I was looking for a water filter for my older fridge. The available products are different from what I have used in the past. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and able to find me the correct filter. He also recommended a source for a part I need for the fridge. thanks.

Love this store. The customer service here in Juneau is not always the best, but I would rate it here at this store a 10. Great clean store with exceptional customer service.

I love home depot because they have more than I need and products I have never known about which give me new ideas for the place I'm remodeling while I live in.

First impression of the store was genuinely satisfied, but the store lacks products all over the place. When I wanted stuff, and couldn't afford it at first when the store first opened their was an abundance of things I truly wanted, bit couldn't afford it then. Now that I have the ability to purchase those two go now it seems like these items are no longer around or you need to order them strictly from the stores online. As we live in a community where we are landlocked things have to be shipped anyway. Anyway it's a bummer to have to order, and wait for the items I would like. Might as well order it myself from whomever. The products I mentioned I need are stuff like green metal/aluminum roofing material. Kitchen cabinets, windows,and other building materials that are no longer in store. I recommend this store to a person who is a handy man, but not someone who needs professional items. About the only thing you could find that's abundance is the lumber.

Store has a good variety of products to buy better than most other stores in Juneau. Knowledgeable associates are hard to find most of the time but somehow I find what I need.

I have to acknowledge how amazing Sara (sans) the "h" is from her extensive knowledge of paint to her helpful tips. I feel like she genuinely cares about the customer being satisfied. Two months ago Sara helped me with the purchase of paint, she knew what types of paint would better suit various surfaces. I came in recently to purchase more paint and could not remember the particular finish she recommended last time, when I told her about my last visit not only did she remember the finish, she knew the color as well! Sara is an invaluable asset to your company, promote her beyond supervisor!

Your helpfulness and kindness was way beyond what I had experienced in any of the other stores I had been in all day. From finding out the answers to my questions, to helping me through the check out and taking my new purchases to my vehicle. You three were awesome. This was my first time shopping in this store, I will be coming back for sure.

Staff is always helpful and friendly, lots of choices on items. One of my favorite stores in town.

Sometimes finding an associate to locate something is hit or miss, but my last visit was a home run with the associate help that I received.

We went into Home Depot on a Saturday evening and had an awesome experience thanks to Eric and Tiffany.

Staff always helpful and friendly. If they don't have it they will order it for you. One of my favorite places to shop.

Ron took the time & was most helpful in assisting me with Home Depot account verification at checkout when the store was busy.

My wife and I had this young man start to help us and he wound up pushing our cart and helping and recommending items to us when we couldnt make up our mind! he was so helpful we didnt want to leave. I was kidding him told him either he was bored or didnt have anything else to do but I know he was being friendly and helpful! I forgot his name but I will look for him when we come in to the store again probably in December also I had some parts missing from a set of storage shelves I bought for our church in Angoon, my wife is the pastor, noticed it when we got home and I proceeded to assemble them, I bought two sets. I called the store and an associate named Richard, and store manager Ron were very helpful in getting the parts to me via seaplane! very pleased with the Home Depot in Juneau! Richard and Ron went the extra mile!

The two gentlemen helping with my online order were excellent! The only reason two were involved was because I told the first my limited timeline, so he wanted his co-worker to know my situation in case I called back needing more information. AND I DID! I was so happy to find out he had passed along my information. Due to the diligence of BOTH employees, my order was expedited. My experience ordering from the Juneau store has been much more positive than going through the Seattle store. They KNOW what I'm talking about when I say "yes, it really does rain that much here!".

We were in and out, and received excellent assistance from our Associate. Everyone was friendly, from the Associate that assisted us to the Cashier who checked us out. We will DEFINITELY be back; the service provided was very much appreciated. Thank you Juneau Home Depot!
