store was very clean, associates Mario, Ceferino, Alma, Maria and Manager Lauren were excellent in the way the approached me and help me to solve my issues with plumbing, floor, appliances and Garden .. defiantly represent many years of service in the store

Very poor customer service

Excellent store. Clean and well stocked. Employees are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I do wish every HD experience was as rewarding as this one. Most of my visits are fine but this store is my new standard.

To begin with I'm not the type to write reviews only when the experience is outstanding or in this case extremely bad the star setups are easily available at homedepot.com which is a hard lesson I had to learn after I was blatantly lied to by an employee who told me that item I needed wasn't in stock the employees obvious lack of effort will prevent me from ever wanting to go to the store again. I'm usually very patient and work with anybody who's willing to work with me but employees the light of their customers because they're lazy stain the image of the establishment that is Home Depot

This Home Depot always has what I need. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well kept and organized. Ms. Amador in the appliances area is G-R-E-A-T!!! Extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Nice people. All employees, specially Manager Guy and Lisa at Returns. Also Zaida, previously at Service Desk, now in Plumbing, I think. She had been wonderful at all times.

my husband and I had such a great experience at this particular store. Daniel was amazing and very friendly, not only helpful with what we were shopping for, but also offered a very personalized experience which living in Miami we do not get often. Thank you Daniel for your great service. We will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to this store to get what we need with our remodeling needs.

Good and big store with good prices.

On the final stop (which for me is the most important step) of the customer oriented services, the cashier needs to secure the customer comes back to the store. That's why, cashiers need to be friendly and kind. Greet and thank customers. Deliver excellence every transaction at the registers. I'm personally a service provider and want to be treated the same way I treat my customers with friendliness and respect. Remember there are many convenient stores out there with similar prices, but customer service is what every body is seeking.
