Staff in the garden shop are particularly helpful and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile, and checkout is a breeze. Thanks for stocking carts at the garden entrance!

I found a Beautiful flamingo that lights with sun rays beautiful waiting for it to shine ok. And beautiful flowers ok. God loves my good mother and daughters are u surprised. God is watching us from a distance.

We love this store. We have never been disappointed with anything we have purchased. We have always been able to get help very quickly. They always have had what we were looking for. Their employees are always very helpful. The cashiers always have a smile on their faces and they always wish you a good day when you are ready to leave. What more can you ask for? Oh, and yes, the store is very clean.

Big Sale during 4th of July and scored on some appliances at great prices and free delivery.

Frustrating Never again!!!

The lady at checkout, Amanda, was incredibly efficient, friendly, and made shopping at Home Depot one of the most pleasant retail experiences that we have ever had. She was quick, concise, and did it all with a smile. She helped the lines go quickly, and answered any and all questions we had with precise knowledge of the store. If all the clerks were like her, Home Depot would be a standard for the retail community.

Great store. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and go out of their way to find what you need. Gio and Amanda were amazing.

While the people on the floor were very helpful, the cashier service was horrible. When I was there, there were no cashiers, you had to go through the self check out line. I was struggling, and asked the cashier THREE times to help me, she ignored me. When she finally came over, I told her that I was confused and really needed help. I told her that I needed to start over. The only help she gave me was to clear my purchases. I continued to struggle for at least another 5 minutes while she gossiped with another cashier, in between offering to help several people who had not even asked for help. It was a really horrible experience for me.

We always find helpful people to assist us when we go to our Home Depot. They always have what we need.

Sandy was a very helpful sales associate! Made my experience very quick and easy!

Employees were more readily available and at reach to ask questions and direct you more than usual. But employees should be going up to customers and helping or assessing the situation and going up to those who seem like they are searching for something. I was helped by 4 employees. 1 at AC filter isle another in the garden. A third I asked about finding the sponge tape for sealing weather and air flow for doors/Windows. And he wasn’t as friendly or looked me in the eye. He stayed sitting down in a stool organizing some products in the isle and didn’t know much about the product I was showing him and guessed the isle I can find similar items. And he was wrong. He should get up and direct me or find someone that can help then learn where it is for future customers who ask. And been more pleasant. He just appeared worried more about the organizing the products before closing. The 4th person was the nicest. I believe his name was Cayo. I believe a Cuban. He was patient well spoken and answered all me questions. Walked me to products I needed, read and compared looked up pricing and located another employee to help me about theresholds for doors which that man was also nice. If I remember correctly he was black I think but disnt get his name. He cared more about my needs and made sure I was leaving with the correct one and also had patience. When I went to pay for the items, Cayo ended up being the young man at register. He was patient, quick to ring up, pleasant and knew what he was doing and spoke about opening credit card which I kindly said no and he bagged my items and spoke briefly until he had more customers and quickly helped them all while still attending me and made sure everyone was taken care of. He then asked if I needed anything else and mentioned the sweepstakes on receipt which no stores mention that but I know they exist and either he cared or is was a savvy way of getting me to write this survey, it worked but I am mostly because I worked in retail before and I’ve been commemorated by customers as well so I wanted to take the time to do so because he’s been the nicest worker I ever dealt with st a Home Depot and patient who wasnt rushing to get rid of a customer to go do other things. As for store cleanliness...it’s hard to say considering it’s a warehouse with lots of dust coming in and concrete being on floor it’s hard to tell if actual cleanliness but I know a lot of products were dusty, I always have to wash my hands when leaving store. The merchandise was stocked and organized at least.
