Excellent selection of garden plants and supplies. I especially like the perennials and the "Knock Out" roses!

If you ever have any problem this is not the store to go to, especially if you have to deal with the manager Hamid. He seems to think that making fun of customers and being rude is the most appropriate way of dealing with customers after one of their tools doesn’t work. He literally stood there and slowly said to me the nail goes IN the hole, and it was pretty clear I received this obnoxious comment because I’m female. Will NEVER go back here.

Friendly, close to home and public transportation, well stocked. Happy to see crocus bulbs at thrifty price.

I can guarantee you will have a great experience, from the garden center to the pro desk there is always a HD team member happy to help. The community that frequents this store are the best, it's diverse and packed with experienced pro contractors and DIY's that are always happy to provide ideas and tips for any project you may have. The management team will go above and beyond to get you the help you need and if they have to research a product question or a service they will call you back and always offer to further assist if the answer they respond with is not what you are looking for. If you have shopped the Elston location and have received the same horrible treatment as I and so many others have don't give up on HD, just switch to the Addison and Kimball store, it's an entirely different experience.

The associates are awesome they greet with great smiles an help find the item really quick. Great customer service.

Service has really plummeted over the years. Employees do NOT listen and send you off to the wrong areas, that is, if they don't just walk away and ignore you. Helpful Assistance - absent. Slovenly employees in appearance are not at all uncommon.

Great customer service, when I shop there. Cashier are all nice and friendly I would recommend my friends to shop.

After the employee cut a piece of wood for me measured at 15 & 1/4" by 17 & 1/4" from a large piece of wood (priced at $26.00), he gave me 50% off, and then discovered that there was a whole shelf of pre-cut wood that he could have used instead. (I feel I was overcharged).

Some very nice and helpful folks work here. Warning to renting Penske trucks and warning to wait times exceeding 25 min in the garden store checkout lines.

Stor is best clean. Parfect price and service is fast and easy.

Employee service was very not friendly Seems most employee got mad But some employee was nice I am not going to home depot kimball & addison location again because the employee who works in the curtain section are very unkind.

Love the garden center. We buy our plants here every year. Competitive price. The staff is friendly and quick to offer help.

Fortunately this is the Home Depot closes to my home. I have always had a good experience at this store. They are so helpful and make you feel like you are a valued customer. The store is clean and they have always had the items I was looking for. Well done Home Depot.

Amina was SO HELPFUL! She was incredibly kind and patient with us, and helped us with a huge order that involved appliances, light fixtures, and paint. Thank you, Amina!!!!!

The store in general is alright, but it could be much better and cleaner. The employees could be more helpful and friendiler. The shelves should be stocked more especially at the beginning of the sales. The employees should know what is on sale and where they are located in the store.

Home Depot is well organized, well stocked, clean stores, friendly associates and fun to shop. Associates are readily available to help and always smiling faces.

The store is always well organized. Online inventory and placement reflects in-store. Associates are always helpful, harder to find in electrical/plumbing at times, but typically around. Parking is easy, tool rental is better (customer service/associates/selection) at other locations, but it is adequate here.

The store is always clean and there is always some one that asks if they can help you not like some places where you wander around looking for someone.
