I had been looking all over for a bamboo trellis and couldn't find one. Home Depot didn't have any in stock, though they told me they could order one online for me and have it shipped to the store. After checking a couple other places and having no luck, I came back to Home Depot and bought a pack of six 6-ft bamboo stakes instead, and told the cashier (Claire) I decided to make one myself. She said that was really cool and crafty of me, and another associate (I wish I had gotten her name too!!) came over and she complimented me on my baseball cap that I had embroidered, and the 3 of us talked about crafting/embroidering for a minute. As I left, Claire said, "I hope it works out for you making it yourself. You look like the sort of person who can do it." And no lie, I think that is the nicest thing a stranger has ever said to me, and I woke up thinking about it, and it absolutely made my week. :D (Bamboo stakes also worked perfectly; took me like 20 minutes to make it into a trellis)

I've been in this store a number of times. This is the best home improvement store in and around kirksville.

It wasn't ready for delivery but the store Manager and employees jumped in got it ready within about 30 minutes. Really satisfied with the service.

I had to do a big emergency plumbing project and I am by no stretch of the imagination a plumber. I went into the Kirksville Home Depot looking for help and guidance. Boy did I get it! I asked Jeff at the front desk for his best plumbing guy. He immediately called Scott and I met him in the plumbing aisle. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Not only did he help me find the long list of supplies and tools that I needed to complete my project, he also walked me through the process. I had to return to the store several times because I needed parts for unforeseeable complications that arose and Scott was there to assist me again at least two more times. I absolutely could not have completed my project successfully without Scott’s help. What a life saver he was! I’d also like to say kudos to Bonnie who guided me throughout the store to collect a few odds and ends that I needed to finally wrap up my project. Well done all round!

The worker, Daniel in the lumberyard was extremely helpful and helped me using the tools available to him in the store. I greatly appreciated his willingness and ability to help me. Also, although not on this shopping trip, Dwayne in tools is always helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He is soooo friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Truly appreciate them both and would come back to get their assistance!

I love this store! I always find what I need there and if not, I get help ordering. I’ve also had an associate show me how to reinstall a sink and faucet, which I had never done before. Since then I’ve done 3. Thanks to Home Depot peeps, I’ve gotten a lot done around my house.

The staff at the Kirksville Home Depot are kind and knowledgeable. They will take time to answer all of your questions. They usually have good financing options as well. Hillary, Levi, and Savannah helped me today. They were great to work with.

Employees of the Kirksville MO Home Depot are extremely attentive and nice to all customers coming thru the door. They help you find where items are located promptly, and also are waiting to assist you at checkout. Each member of the staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable of store layout and have suggestions to help complete your project.

We were looking for drill bits to use in an impact drill. They had several brands and a variety of "kits" to chose from. Manager Dwayne is always friendly and makes sure we are finding what we need and expresses appreciation for us being in the store. Other employees also greet us and check on our progress.

My appliances were not properly installed, and I have learned others in my community have also had negative experiences. I went to the store to let them know and ask they helped me solve my problem and they offered no solution. Had to buy additional items myself and will have to pay a local contractor to finish the job their installation people did poorly. I will never buy appliances (or anything else if I can avoid it) from this store.

I came to The Home Depot to get some paint to paint the interior of my garage. Jonathan helped me select the right kind of paint and also helped me select the tools I needed to get the job done. I really appreciate the customer service he provided!

There's always times it can be short staffed but the associates are well trained and are always helpful.

Employees are always very helpful and the store is always clean.

The employee asked if we needed help and then proceeded to take us to 3 different areas of the store to get everything on our list.

EVERYONE IS VERY FRENDLY AND POLITE

I needed to stop by and grab some weather stopping to seal some gaps in a drafty door. Multiple employees greeted me as I entered. And when I asked an associate where to find the product, she gave me a specific isle number and shelf location. The employees know exactly where the products are and they are friendly as well. Definitely going to go back for future needs.

In general, people are friendly and service is great!

We needed a pantry, and then cabinets in the bathroom and they were so great in helping with matching existing cabinets, where to place them, and finding better prices.

I like coming to this Home Depot Store because it is so easy to get too from the freeway and it is across the street from ALDI's. This convenience where it was built makes it simple for a handicap person to do a lot of shopping with one car trip. While this may not mean a lot to many, if you are in your 80's and have a handi cap sticker, the convenience of where the store is, the ease to get to it and the easy parking make trips to this home depot delightful.

We went to Kirksville to purchase a door and we found the perfect one. Three different employees helped us all throughout the store and were great! We will be back for sure. Thank you all.

Very clean and friendly. We are landlords in Kirksville and go to Home Depot for all of our supplies. Always helped by staff and never disappointed by products in stock.
