Wonderful customer service

I had never been to the Kirksville Home Depot until October 25th and was I impressed! Numerous associates were available to help me and every one of them was so friendly and so willing to help as long as I needed their assistance. They even acted as if they enjoyed their job! Now, THAT'S hard to find these days! The store was very neat, organized, clean, and well-organized - a real joy in which to shop! I recommend them whole-heartedly!

The associates in this store are the best! They know their jobs and are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I Will shop at this store because of the service I received from the associates but will NEVER buy an appliance from them because of the poor delivery service that is outsourced.

I don't know where they find these employees, but they are always nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is set up so that it is easy to find what we need, and if it's not found, there is always someone nearby who wants to help us. The music isn't so blaringly loud that we have to practically yell at each other in order to be heard. These employees must have a lot of training, because they know their stuff.

Had great experience & service in the garden department! The cashier was efficient and was able to get my purchase load onto my truck quickly. She told me about a special purchase in the flower area and garden gloves that were very reasonably priced.

Every time I visit this store every employee says hello and ask if I need assistance. They also answer questions and if they don’t know they find someone who does. No wandering aimlessly looking for help!!!

The Kirksville Home Depot is a terrific store. When I walk into the store there is always someone who asks me if they can help, so I don't have to wander around trying to find what I want. I have asked several of it's employees for help about various things. They are careful and detailed about explaining how something works or what the various choices are. They seem to take their time with an old lady like me. I go to Home Depot because I know there will be someone to help me there. They always have what I need. The prices are reasonable. I love their plants department.

Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. John in particular helped us the most find what we needed.
