Handy Andy. Andy was in the section of screws n bolts. I wanted to retrieve a shopping cart out of the lake at the park in La Mirada. This is outside of a home project but he came up with a cheap McGhiver idea and it worked very well and was eager to help me make it happen. I was treated with respect, professionalism and didn't look at me like what are you trying to do as this was to make something out of something to retrieve a shopping cart in the lake and it worked, first try 2 min .

I entered the store, got immediate help from the cashier Ada and she even pointed to the area in which I needed to shop and helped me out at self checkout so I didn’t have to wait

I was shopping in Home Depot on Saturday during the Memorial Day weekend. I was doing what should have been a small plumbing job, installing a hot&cold bidet for my bathroom toilet. Naturally I didn't have all the parts I needed. I went to the La Mirada Home Depot which was very busy. I some plumbing questions and Randy knew exactly what I needed, picked out the proper parts, and made sure everything would fit. This saved me a lot of time. When I went to check out Susana and possibly a front end manager, friendly African American but I didn't get his name checked me out within maybe a minute! A holiday weekend and plenty of help both on the floor AND the front end. I WILL BE BACK TO THIS WELL MANAGED STORE!

I went in to buy paint for a remodel and was very indecisive. Laura in paint was very patient with me and helped me choose the right paint. She had such a great Charismatic attitude and was a delight to speak with.

Every time I visit this Home Depot I get all the help I need quick.

I was picking up a curbside order for my sister and they said it sounded like a man when she answered the phone so they would not release the order to me

Went to purchase a Stove, Randy was so pleasant helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt like he wanted to help me plus Randy answered all my questions and I had a lot!

I was looking for graphite powder, not a top seller ha ha. It was almost fun with the employees helping me find it!

WE DID ALL OF HOLIDAY SHOPPING BETWEEN LA MIRADA HOME DEPOT AND WHITTER HOME DEPOT. LA MIRADA HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME. WE REALLY FELT SAFE.

friendly employees alwsys willing to help !

was looking to purchase some base stucco, there wasnt any in stock. tried to get some one to restock the item.. employees rather be standing around isles talking to each other than helping you out.. or they just tell you to go talk to some one else... pffft....

I dont have a product in particular to review, but my review is regarding their customer service. Every time I've been there and have had questions or need assistance, the employees have been very helpful either in showing me where certain items are, or in explaining how the products work or may be used. Just wanted to share that. So thank you all. :)

La Mirada Home Depot is my frequently visited store. Always in-stock items and staff are friendly.

I wish I could remember her name however, I cannot. She works in appliances and was absolutely over the top one of the best associates I've ever interacted with at a Home Depot. The sales receipt says her ID is AKS5C10

La Mirada Home Depot staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful

Over the years (30-40) I’ve purchased home appliances and an array of home product and improvements. For example I purchased the air conditioners for my home and office building, and rentals. I’ve so much business with Home Depot that it would be impossible to list everything. Suffice it to say that I love the store and am grateful to have such a fine merchant help me keep my house and rental units in good shape. I’m generally able to find most things to satisfy my needs.

Love this store, it has everything I need. Love the garden area, so many beautiful things there. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

When 20 years that I remodeled my house, I always came back to Home Depot for my products. As a matter of fact, my kitchen counters sink, bathroom, sink and toilet are going to be replaced soon and the items I had found all of them at Home Depot reasonable prices one stop shop & done.
