This location is in my opinion short on lumber carts for shopping. Usually will have to shop with a flat or basket cart.

We went in I received an offer in the mail for zero interest on purchases over $1999 since our fridge is on the verge of breaking down . We found a gorgeous Samsung fridge that was an awesome price due to the Presidents’ Day sale. Ashley helped us from the beginning and was not too pushy but definitely near by in case we needed any help , she was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and answers all of our many questions. Fast and efficient we were in and out in about 30 minutes !

First, no asked me if I wanted any help. Second, I was waiting in line for the self checkout section behind another customer. The other customer was allowed to self checkout. I was told after the customer was checking out that there was another line. Third, as I went to checkout, the item that I was purchasing rang up wrong. I informed the cashier. Her name was Sally. She said that there was no way that this item was priced from what I saw. We went to see the item and she started accusing me. I was accused of changing the price on the item. Sally accused me of misplacing the price tag on the item. The item was located on the floor with only the one price tag next to it. Rather than just apologizing, she says where did I get this price tag. I told her that’s where the price tag was. There was no other pricing on the specific item anywhere. I’m actually more infuriated with her accusing me.

Marc in appliances was AWESOME!!!!!!!! He was able to help us, was able to answer our questions with correct knowledge, stayed with us to finish up our order of a refrigerator and set up a timely delivery date. Very personable guy!!!!! Thank Marc for us.

My wife and I were greeted on our way into your store in La Mirada. Our goal was to purchase carpet for one of our rooms in our house and already had measurements taken a few weeks prior. A female salesperson in the tile and carpet section offered to help us as soon as we walked up and I informed her that we still needed to pick out the carpet. Eventually, we picked out a sample of carpet and were assisted by salesperson "Davis." He pulled our computer information on measurements and streamlined them for some changes requested by us. Davis was very informative and helpful in getting us set up for carpet delivery and installation. I should also mention that a few weeks back I had asked for a copy of the measurement information and again, Davis assisted me on obtaining a printout of the requested information. My wife and I were very pleased with this whole experience.

If you are looking for a new appliance, this is the store to go to. They have very knowledgeable associates. I went to another Home Depot and was not satisfied with the assistance.

Cashier Griesellda went above and beyond by asking if i would like a full spray can as mine i originally picked felt empty. I didnt even think of it but she was right. We went ahead and got a new spray can and i was on my way. Wonderful experience at store 0684.

There's nobody degree to at this home depot the cashier was rude and inexperience

This HD always seems to have great employees that are pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I feel bad for how hard they work to find the item I'm looking for. But like they always tell me, they are just doing their job. And I'm thankful for them.

I have been coming to this store for about 30 years. I was raised here. The store is clean and for the most the associates are helpful. Covid has made people nasty and these associates are included in the nastiness. Upper management has a high rollover. The store is always clean and almost always has what you want it is is “home” store as opposed to a “big” job store.
