I would like to say thank you to Gus, he was very kind and helpful.

I find my cart, select my items, scan them and pay for them! Your employees stand around and watch me and chit/chat! I’m about d a m n tired of that! Put them on a register or send them home!!

Alice at the pro desk is very professional, and provides excellent customer service.

Our paint was mixed wrong. No refund or solution offered. Employee never acknowledged this. I was told to learn to communicate. No paint sample on lid. The finish was to be glossy but was made satin. We didn't know this until we went back for more paint. We will NEVER buy paint from this man. He is not to be trusted with such a purchase

I went to the store in Lake City, FL today & had a great experience! The employee, Adele, has great customer service skills and was very helpful.

If you need help with a project George in the delivery section is your guy. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff. That guy needs a raise and a promotion.

Jason Watson was so very helpful and patient with me. He is a great specialist. He has went way over and beyond to help me. He didn't let me leave until I was please with my purchase.

I am very pleased with Gus. He may be head cashier or moved into management. He is a real asset to your company! You need 10 of him.

Martha strives to interact with each customer that goes through her line. She is courteous and polite.

I used to be a Sherwin loyalist until Covid hit and they had supply chain issues. Sherwins stock returned but I have not because the paint department at Lake City Home Depot is far superior. Joe M is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. In general, the whole store is well stocked, well organized and staffed by friendly people.

We went shopping today and everywhere we went there was someone asking if we need help with anything and they helped, not just walked away. To me that is a sign of a good place to shop.

Jay Paul and Sam M went above and beyond. Very friendly and super fast on getting what we needed for out vinyl.

I have to give a shout out to Ashley. As a pro customer, I find that she is the ONLY associate that I want to deal with. My orders are always correct when she's involved. If there is a delay, she picks up the phone and calls to let me know. NOBODY else in your store does that. I won't make any major purchases unless she's working. I know I can't be the only one that sees that. Give that girl a raise! She deserves it.

If you park in handicap parking you’ll still end up walking across to the other side of the store to checkout and then back across the parking lot to get to your vehicle. The store itself and employees are very nice, friendly and helpful.

The staff/ personnel are amazing. Stocks and prices are great ! Overall experience is great even if it was raining hard yesterday.
