They really helped me in my order

I have been everywhere looking at Washers and Dryers in Lake City. They are the lowest prices we found on Brand new ones. They try to help you save if they can. I'm very pleased with this store. I was there so early that morning and they were still happy to help me.

Even though computer mistakenly said item was in stock but wasn't, four different employees tried their best to help us. They were all anxious to please though they couldn't solve the problem.

I bought this truck today so I can move tomorrow for my out of state move, and of course the tow dollys for my car TWO OF THEM by the way do not work. They already took my money before they checked to see if the car dollys worked and of course they didn't. So now I'm waiting for road side assistance to come fix the brake light. I can't afford to move my moving date back and of course I can't get a refund even though it's their fault. So no I will never rent through this store EVER again.

BOUGHT EVERYTHING ON TUESDAY

Was searching for rat traps & Christmas lights. Unfortunately the lights I wanted where sold out. However rat extermination & prevention products where wonderful!

I came by our local store in search of some specific holiday decorations. They were hidden in a box up on a shelf and Betty helped get them for me. I appreciate her going above and beyond to get the items for me.

I was surprised how sincere the employee was to help me find a very unique fitting in brass that I really needed.

Had great experience ordering and purchasing a washer dryer and that is where excellence stopped. Delivery service failed to deliver on promised day or call to let us know it wasn't coming until 9 pm and rescheduled it for 9 days later.

Always am totally happy and satisfied after shopping at this store.

I needed a refrigerator urgently. I also needed a specific size. I was able to find exactly what I needed at Home Depot. The safe was extremely friendly and accommodating; thanks Richard and Sharon! I got just what I needed at a great price.

All the employees was friendly and helpful, the cashier in the garden shop was very friendly, and smiling . We definitely enjoyed our visit at this store and will be back.

Our cashier, Carly had a real attitude problem...screwed me out of my Military discount and refused to except my VA card.

This was one of the best HD that I have shopped at. The associated are extremely helpful and attentive. I bought a 12,000 btu air conditioner and the cashier asked if I needed help loading it. I declined because I was with my hubs. When we got out to the pickup truck, another associate who was outside collecting the carts and Lumber carts stopped what he was doing and immediately came over to us and did most of the heavy lifting getting the a/c into the back of the truck! The employees here are top notch. I highly recommend this HD.

Everyone is always so helpful and willing to assist when I need help. Staff never seems overworked and the check out staff are always there to assist and teach the new self checkout process. Thanks' to Samanthe, Sam I was in and out.

This is the only home improvement store we go to. Employees are always super friendly and will help you with anything with a smile on their face. I've never had a bad experience here and refuse to get my garden supplies anywhere else.
