Love my Home Depot Lake Elsinore .. Always feel welcomed and enjoy the customer service … I like the Corona HD also ! Actually , Home Depot is awesome!!

I went in to get some paint samples and everything went by pretty fast, I was in and out. Dave at the paint counter helped me out with what I needed and made sure I didn’t have to wait around for too long.

She helped me figure out what I actually needed to get instead of buying things I didn’t need

The manager and customer rep at this store cared when the online reps didn't. The store corrected an issue due to an online error and made sure the order was right.

So very friendly and helpful!!

This store hires respectful, friendly and professional employees. I really enjoy shopping there. The employees have always tried to help me find me what I’m looking for. I try to be a DIY when I can and the employees here will patiently explain how to do the job, be it plumbing or something else. They strive to assist customers.

Selma and Sergio are two of the best workers I have come Into contact with they both were very kind and extremely helpful yayayay thank you both for all your help

I went to pick a tree in really bad weather and the helpful employee named Sergio was happy to help. He tied my tree on my car while it was freezing outside and didn't hesitate to show his sense of urgency to make me satisfied. Huge shout out tom Sergio!! You Rock!!

I love that I can run over to Home Depot and see that all the employees are either busy helping people or working on stocking the shelves. I love how knowledgeable and friendly they are to help make your needs attended to as well as being honest with you to offer you more than a few solutions to whatever it is you’re working on to not only save you time but to allow you save money in the long run. I feel like a part of the team as well as an employee who gets to feel as important as the project I’m working on. I feel like I matter and truly respected.

We went into the store looking for specific items. The staff was courteous and helped us find what we needed. Self-Checkout staff was awesome!

I was looking at a Christmas display that I wished to purchase, however, there were no more left and there would be no more being received this year. The sales associate was kind enough to sell the display to me. Once purchased, Gary from the Garden Dept. took down the display that was up at a high level having to use a ladder and carefully brought it down and took to my car. Thank you Gary!!

We had a great experience getting our paint for my sons new house. Ken was quick, knowledgeable and very friendly.

If you ever need anything in the garden department or general help Aaron is your man. I have never met anyone so pleasant that works with the general public.

Not all employees have a great skill set, however, it is so helpful when a couple of minutes are shared to gain hints to a project. I found that Rick (from the tool rental department) has an Excellent background and can help towards my opportunities to DYI. This helps gain the confidence in taking on those simple tasks. The overall help I got allowed me to buy the materials needed and accomplish my goals!

Such a helpful staff and experience. I would highly recommend going to the plumbing department to say high to Ezekiel, the most helpful and cheerful employee I have met. :)

THIS STORE HAS THEE BEST EMPLOYEE CASHIER NAMED MARLENE, MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO STORE ON 5-15-21 AROUND 4:00 PM. I PURCHASED A BOARD TO USE AS A SHELF BUT COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS WAAAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WE ANTICIPATED, MARLENE NOT ONLY VOIDED THAT FROM OUR ORDER SHE WALKED US OVER TO ANOTHER AREA FOUND US CHEAPER BOARD ALMOST IDENTICAL AS THE EXPENSIVE ONE, SHE THEN CARRIED IT BACK RUNG & US UP !! SHE WAS AMAZING!!

In our opinion the Lake Elsinore is the best store to visit if you want help and direction. The other stores in the surrounding area, Hemet, Murrieta, Temecula, would benefit by adoption the customer service policies that the Lake Elsinore store has. Every employee we came across in Lake Elsinore was proactive vs. reactive and lazy. We got inconsistent information for the other locations and we went on a wild goose chase. Learn from Lake Elsinore.

Great place to shop great parking for big trucks Well organized store.

In and out quickly today with the help of the checkout assistant. Most of the time I check out what I need on line so I know where I'm going in the store and to see if items are available. Enjoy shopping this store and enjoy courteous employees.

I was not familiar with the locker system or curbside. An employee took the time to explain it clearly even going out to the curbside spaces with me to show me how to identify my space and use the code. He was very gracious and did not make me feel stupid for having to ask. I feel so comfortable with your store now I think of checking you first. I used to go to Ace first because the staff were good at explaining things, but your store has a better selection of products. Twice recently I was not able to find what I needed there at Ace. They were very kind to recommend other places where I might find what I was looking for, but you offered lots of choices right off the bat with easy ordering. So I guess you are stuck with me!

Lots of items in the store. Store is somewhat unorganized . The need to look at the garden area at the Murietta store. Lots of kids working who seem a little apprehensive to greet you. I am not that ugly. LOL. It's a close store where I live and have a decent tool area. That needs to be expanded and spaced out a little more.
