VERY Disappointed in Garden customer service this one time,7/19/20, garden supr, she refused to honor label with lower price that was STAPLED on original plant label. Never had this happen before!!!! I expect much more from Home Depot, always had great service before this

I am very happy for the Home Depot in my town of Lake Elsinore. It is clean and the employees know their products and are friendly.

While I appreciate the Home Depot as a company this particular store really falls short in the customer service area. I shop at Home Depot 4-6 times a week for my business but I only come to this location when I have to. If I need help with anything this is not the place to be. The employees have the “don’t make eye contact attitude”.

Nick helped me in landscape irrigation.Smart,knowledgeable ,polite,friendly.Knew where everything was I needed.He should be Employee of the year.Or at least month.Go Nick.

I always go to this Home Depot because it’s close to my house. Missy always friendly , kind and make me feel welcome. Every time I have a question or need something, she there to help me. I always happy to go there

Store was clean. Returns were quick. Check out was quick too.

Everything is easy to find in this store and if you can’t find it ask a employee and the will get you to the right area for help.

The store was very clean and organized. Right now with the virus that is my main concern. All employees are very friendly but this visit in particular Jessica and Becca were very friendly and helpful.

This store is always helpful to me when I go shop. Sometimes they don’t have stuff in stock but the staff is always friendly and helpful to help me find what I need.

An employee helped us get everything we needed to install our washer and dryer . Store was clean . Then Glenda at the register was so nice and had amazing customer service .

I find it impossible to cash a business check at this store.

I always have a good experience whenever I shop at this Home depot store. The employees are always friendly and ready to help. It is very comfortable to be shopping at this store. I recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional Service

Store is a filthy mess with employees that have no idea what is in their store and plenty of excuses.

This is a great Home Depot store! Great customer service and great choices of stock items. I love to shop here.
