Krystle in the outdoor area was super friendly and helpful to all the customers that she greeted and helped.

I had a great experience at Home Depot Lake Mary yesterday. My husband and I went in to buy 4x4 lumber and found the item without assistance (I give credit to the floor arrangement of the store). He asked me to find a smaller item in the Bathroom section and there I was blessed with a very helpful associate. I left him with a smile on my face thinking Wow, he was so personal and kind, no wonder my husband like to come here. Then we went to the cash register and got more great customer service from Hali. Hali was smiling from ear to ear and spoke to us with genuine kindness in her voice. Price was great because she helped applied a store coupon. Then as we wheeled our lumber outside and got close to our truck, the associate that was outside collecting the carts offered to help us load the lumber into the truck. Your team was on point today HD. Great job! We drive from Sanford to Lake Mary everytime we have a project and we will continue to do so as long as you're there. Thank you for making our trip pleasant.

Thomas was my cashier. He recommended that I get a Pro account for more savings and explained how it works. Then he made sure I got all the appropriate discounts on today’s purchase. And then he encouraged me to take this survey. He said to put that he’s a despicable New Yorker (or something like that), but I disagree — since he was plenty courteous and helpful to me.

I purchased a patio door the service and the help I received was excellent the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful I will definitely recommend the Lake Mary Florida Home Depot to my family and friends.

I tried to take your survey, but it would not let me finish it. I went through whole survey and got down to place that o do my name, email etc . I had filled in everything, but it tells me that I need a valid Emil to continue. Also it it tells me that I need to check the box if I don’t want to enter the sweepstakes. I was frustrated with the Casselberry store & staff, so I went to the Lake Mary Home Depot. I wasn't in there 3 minutes & Bonita helped me immediately. It was awesome. I surely hope my Whirlpool Dryer is as perfect as Bonita's assistance was.

From the time we walked in the door with the greeting of Lani, to Herb helping us shop for my 6yr old nephew, to the time we paid with Rick you could not have had a better experience. Lani, Herb, and Rick exemplify Best-In-Class Customer Service and all could learn from them. Home Depot should standardize with the three of them did today across the organization!!! My daughter needed an unusual hose for under her sink in her house. I went to plumbing, but no one was available and this woman working in another department helped me and then another gentleman from another department completed everything I needed. So knowledgeable..

Excellent customer service…crushed my expectations!! An issue with a product less than 2 months old became much more complicated than an exchange. Kathren and her team never allowed it to be a hassle by continuing to insist they help and applying multiple resources to make it happen. The exchange happened, my military discount got straightened out, and I jumped on the rewards program. I left happier than when I entered…a rare occasion.

Everyone at the Lake Mary, FL Home Depot that I encountered was smiling and greeting me throughout the store. I felt welcomed by the store staff. This was a pleasant change from other home improvement stores.

I buy plants, plant food, pavers/gardening blocks, mushroom compost & off-brand manure/soil for gardening. Their customer service is stellar, prices are fair, and I've had pretty good luck with plant longevity. Awesome selection in ALL categories.
