No questions ask, Home Depot has more variety in every department for you to choose. It makes things leas frustrated at the time to find what you need.

Every time I’ve been to this Home Depot, the associates have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and available.

I was very pleased with the excellent service I received during this visit. The cashier was very kind, courteous, and professional. She was very helpful in assisting me to get the right products I needed. She even called a fellow employee to assist with loading the products in my car. This kind of service will keep me coming back time after time.

I usually HATE Home Depot, but this Lake Mary store was wonderful. It is out of my way but I will drive the extra miles to shop at this store. Kathern (cashier) and the guy in the paint department were fantastic!!

Always friendly, always helpful and always willing to right a wrong. For example, one Christmas our tree purchased from this Home Depot dried out and fell down. My husband doesn’t drive and I was at work. He knew that our daughter and I would be devastated so he called the Lake Mary Home Depot and explained what happened and that he doesn't drive, which puts a lot of pressure on me, and they brought us a new one, took the old one out and helped my husband put it back up! On another occasion in 2016 our home burned down and they not only gave us a small patio set for free they delivered it to us as well. They are the best! Thank you Lake Mary Home Depot!

I believe employees need training in customer service and dont show their bad attitudes to customers.

Home Depot is the place to go for good quality products and a helpful staff to assure you finding exactly what you need.

The store is always stocked and clean. I would love to be able to shop with less dogs in the store. It looks like petsmart most of the time!

I wanted to make a note to you that earlier this year we had purchased an outdoor patio set. We were notified that it was delivered but when I got home it was just the covers. I tried calling customer service they just kept telling me that it was delivered and what size was the box!!!! I decided to call the Lake Mary store and I got Regina. Regina was wonderful. She said she would check into the situation. She called me back when she said she would and she gave me great customer service. Regina continue to contact me with everything that was happening with my order and she called to make sure it was delivered. Regina did an excellent job.

For the first time shopping at Home Depot, I received great customer service from AL. He was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the product I purchased. He explained everything to me in detail. He did not rush throughout the process. He is the product of great customer service. He went above and beyond. I rendered 5 stars because of him. Home Depot should be proud to have AL as a team member. Thank you.

I was greeted with a smile upon entering the store, employees on the various isles were helpful and did their best to answer my questions.

It was a young man in the nursery area of the store today that was extremely helpful, kind, professional and very courteous and respectful! He help me find what I was looking for and then carried it up to the front desk so that I can pay and check out! He is a tall young man his name is Blaine so look for him when you’re in the Home Depot and Lake mary in the nursery department! There was also a cashier by the name of Frances that was very friendly and helpful & careful helping me with my plants!

I needed to return an item and exchange another and the Associate Adam at the Lake Mary HomeDepot made the whole process quite easy and hassle free! Great Customer Service !!!

Living a few blocks from this home depot I feel its my home away from home. When I'm the store and have a concern or needing help with a project I quickly find someone to assist me with advice or to resolve my concern. Not always the case with home depots competitor.

It is a pleasure shopping where people are pleasant and very helpful.

Large store, well stocked, close and convenient to Interstate 4. I find all the employees to be friendly and helpful and there are plenty of them to get service quickly. My only disappointment is that the only bathroom is in the right rear corner of this very large store and I usually end up there at least once every time I go. The bathroom is large, clean, and well supplied. I just wish there was more than one bathroom, or that it was more conveniently located in the store.

I was looking for some weed wacker string and Nathan, who works there and he has helped me many times before, went out of his way to ask me how I was and if I needed help, pointed me in the right direction and offered his expertise even when I didn’t initially ask but he was so helpful and I chose a better product thanks to him! I can’t say enough about Nathan and this store and the customer service! It’s employees like Nathan that put Home Depot and this store specifically above anyone one else and keeps me coming back!

Great location for my business, staff friendly and helpful. I could go to any Home Depot but I choose to shop at this location. Cesar at check out is always willing to help out !

Horrible service. Assistant manager Jeremy was rude and uncaring. I went in to reprint the paperwork for a stove I purchased a year and a half ago. After printing the paper I spoke with Jeremy to get some sort of guarantee that once I was given the gift card to pay for a replacement stove that the sale price and everything would be honored from the time of purchase so I do not have to pay more money to replace a failed product. On top Of that the only way to get it replaced as they have them send an employee a technician into our home which I requested to not happen due to the current pandemic going on in order to confirm that the range is indeed dead. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a single Home Depot and it seems to only happen at this location. The management staff here is seriously lacking and doing their job to take care of their customers and do what’s right.

Store is very well organized and clean. All associated are friendly and very helpful.

Store #264 in Lake Mary is the best friendly Helpful Home Depot in the Orlando area. No Attituded very helpful store.

I am a disable veteran with active service of over 22 years. On 12/5, I shopped a total of $197.56 worth of merchandise that was not on sale. After asking for my military discount, I was given a total of $2.49 for my purchase, way below my typical 10% discount. When I asked the cashier (Victoria) why?, she replied that I only get a discount on certain items and I mentioned that I have never been on that situation before, she then said, I don't know! I only scan this and that's the discount! An employee (Doreen) came to the conversation and said that discounts are not given on items on sale, I mentioned that none of the items were on sale. The Manager (Jeremy) came in and told me that the item is a special buy, I asked what that means and he said "I don't know" then he told me to "Suck it up and pay the price" Certainly not what I expected from this Store and no, I would not recommend shopping from here.

Drew is a 5 Star Employee. Be PROUD to have him on your team. I’d recommend placing him on the Leadership team.
