An employee said that they did not accept pictures of receipts for returns, they only accept the physical paper copy. Home depot needs to change that policy, applications that take pictures of paper receipts are a legitimate way of collecting receipts and should be accepted for returning items at home depot. Please change policy to accept legible pictures of receipts for returning items.

This store always has in stock any item I'm looking to purchase. Latest, a replacement chain saw chain for my 16" chain saw.

Has more merchindise in good condition!

Overall a very good store all around, except for the checkout counters. When it's busy the line/que process is confusing and a mess at times.

If you are ever in need of help, finding a specific plant or caring for a specific plant, you absolutely have to ask for Wanda at this location. Her knowledge is so in-depth that they need to create some sort of plant Somali a position for her. I promise you will not be disappointed if you get the chance to engage with her.

This store continues to be a consistent example of customer service. As I travel to other Home Depot‘s, the level of service is nowhere near what this one consistently offers. I’m thankful for how this store is run!

I love their Behr paint products. Painted the whole inside of my house with various colors (kitchen, bedrooms, living room, hallways, den, etc.) We painted our kitchen cabinets.

Though close to closing time Angela and the staff at the customer service counter were pleasant and patient while resolving my issue. Displaced great customer service.

Today I had the most amazing shopping experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. Today while trying to find a remedy for a nasty gnat problem, I have with my indoor plants, I met an associate with awesome customer, service, and knowledge regarding my issue with my plants. She went above and beyond to explain to me the differences between the potting soil‘s, and which one I should use for indoors as well as outdoor plants, she was pleasant, energetic, just truly amazing. In all my shopping at Home Depot’s I have never had this type of customer service that I experience today with Wanda Fowler. I literally walked out at Home Depot with knowledge about solving my indoor plant Gnat problem, as well as a huge smile on my face from the Awesome customer service I received. I told her (Wanda Fowler) as I was exiting the store, “you have a customer for life” and I will always shop here at this Home Depot from day forward! Please share this review with her supervisor or manager because she gives Five Star ⭐️ customer service and I’ll tell my friends to also come and shop with her at this Home Depot location for their gardening needs. Thank you

I drove 20 miles because the website showed the storage bins I sought were in stock at this location. I could not locate them in the aisle where they should have been. A nice employee named Jose walked by and asked if I needed help. He checked inventory and agreed that they must be there "somewhere." He got a ladder and checked multiple boxes on both sides of the aisle and he found them! He was so helpful and kind and didn't give up! Thank you, Jose! I am so grateful for your tenacity.

Being an early bird and shopping is awesome. The store is clean and not too many shoppers. And you can find workers if you need help

Tom Robinson, Appliance Specialist, was thorough, answered every question, didn't try to up sell, focused on our needs, knowledgable, and superb on customer service. He sold us a refrigerator too! And, I will return for other appliances as well.

I do not shop here often so it is a wonder that every time I am here there are only self checkout lanes open. I avoid shopping at stores where you see employees standing around while lines of people wait to use self checkout. The company can call it cost cutting or whatever, but it is just a lack of value or appreciation for the customer. Cut costs in another area, not at the point where the customer literally hands you their money.

I went to Home Depot to buy Mulch and was watched the whole time I was in the store (by one employee). I am a 25 plus card holder and I spend a lot of money at Home Depot with my business. This was the first time this has ever happened and I will not let this stop me from shopping at my favorite store. Hopefully after discussing this with the manager this will not re-occurr.

It was a pleasure to visit this particular location. Although my visit was very brief, I was very pleased with the service, helpfulness of staff and the check out. GREAT JOB HOME DEPOT LAKEWOOD!

Lakewood home depot has a very friendly helpful staff

I bought 64 bags of decorative rock, and I didn’t have ask 2 store employees offered to help load all 64 bags. Now that is service
