I went to purchase a plant for our living room. My Wife and I pick the plant but we did not like the base so we pick another base and replanted with the new base. We are not experience inthis field but one of your associates walk us through the whole process. some customers even walk up next to us and admire the process. I have never had this kind of customer service and my wife and I were greatfull. many people inside the store admire the work that Wanda your sales associate made.

I am at Home Depot every day doing home improvements. Lakewood store has good stock and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a turkey fryer and it wasn’t on the floor but Wanda, a Home Depot employee, was there in that aisle so I asked her for help. She said she saw one not too long ago and she will help me find it, there was a whole pallet up top so she got someone to get it down with a fork lift. I got what I was looking for thanks to Wanda.

Wanda in the garden department went above and beyond for us. She found what we were searching for on a pallet about to be delivered into the store. Told us to return in an hour and when we did she had it all ready for us on a cart, ready to go. If you are shopping in the garden department be sure to ask for her

Helpful staff throughout. Yet, I would like to highly commend Jason (the lot tech) for helping fit a large wine barrel in the backseat of my car. Nobody else believed we could fit it in. However, we measured, angled it in, and collaborated as a team. So highly commend Jason.

Wanda from the garden department is the best. she is super attentive and helpful throughout your whole shopping experience!

If you are lucky you will get help from Wanda. She was working in Garden upon our visit. Wanda gave ever person she came in contact with a smile you could feel through the mask and excellent customer service.

Every time I visited this store, I received excellent customer service. During my recent visit, Joseph from the Wood Department assisted me with cutting a piece of wood to fit my attic. He is a 5 Star Employee! Excellent customer service, professional and a very caring demeanor. I’ve been able to find the products I needed for whatever job I’ve had to do. Staff are very courteous and helpful. It’s a pleasure to do business there. I would recommend this store for their quality service, prices and customer care. Thank you for being available during these challenging time. You are appreciated.

The appliance section had a great selection. The associate who assisted me was great.

I was picking up spray paint and since the shelf was locked, i went to the service desk to see if anyone could help open the cabinet because it was locked. There were about 6 customers waiting for the cabinet to be opened and the line at the service desk was about 10 deep. I spoke to a female worker and asked if there was someone available to get the lock unlocked? Her answer was, "yes, i will be there in a minute." After i said "ok, thank you." The supervisor that was standing on the other side her asked "what did he want?" The female employee said "he asked if some could open the cabinet for the spray paint cause there were a bunch of people there".the supervisor named Omar said "tell him to get back in line". I don't think he realized i heard him and it took another 15-20 minutes before the cabinet was opened. No customer service skills on the part of a "supervisor" at all. Disgusted with the experience. He needs to be addressed by upper management.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because the employees are pleasant, helpful and always courteous. I enjoy the variety offered in the store and just makes for a very pleasant experience =)

Ask for Wanda at the Garden department! She is knowledge and experienced, will help you with all your gardening and landscape projects and needs.

Reba was especially nice! I was able to find the products I needed. One of the employees directed me to exactly where the item was that I needed. Stoe was well stocked and I was in and out within a matter of minutes.Thankyou!

You can count on being well served at this Home Depot.Friendly service with a smile seems to be the norm here,something not present at some of the other places.
